“This is the 3rd roof I've had installed by Interlock. I put one on my original house, my cottage, and now my new house. They have always done an excellent job, and the aluminum shingles are a great product — light, sturdy, and still looking good even years down the road.”

“Repair of my roof was very impressive. Couldn't tell where the repair was done. Very satisfied customer.”

“Our house experiences high wind and exposure to the elements on the Maine coast. Interlock offered competitive pricing on aluminum shingle roofing. The entire experience was good, from quotation, removal of the old roof, and installation of the new roof.”

“An excellent product and high quality installation.”

“We had our whole house done by Interlock in 2005, we've only had one issue (wind damage) and they came out the next day to repair the damage. At the time we left a small overhang undone with plans of removing it, however our plans changed and the roof had deteriorated with the passing of time. I called and they were very receptive to coming out to inspect and then replace. The work was done quickly, on time and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Interlock, you wont be sorry!”

“Everybody was great to work with highly professional. Any underlying damage was all taken care of and we love the roof.”

“> We had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan Brown at the Mohegan Sun Home Show and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to tell him how happy we are with our Interlock roof of ~20 years. We constantly receive compliments from people passing by on how beautiful it looks. Most of all, we appreciate the peace of mind it gives us—knowing we’ll never have to replace our roof, thanks to the lifetime warranty and guaranteed protection against leaks.”

“Jonathan was not great at reading the room. I did not need a lengthy sales pitch; just information. See above. I did not love interacting with Jonathan Brown; he does not seem to recognize when someone knows what they want and doesn't need to be sold. It also would have been helpful if the installers were more proactive in communicating with me.”

“The product is good however the installer needs more english speaking staff so when issues arise they can be dealt with. Have someone with their installation crews that speaks and understands english at times. Not at this time.”

“Price assessment Reasonable price Price: $20,000+”

“Had an aluminum tile roof installed through Interlock. They were professional, fair, and kept the budget on exactly what was estimated. Happy with the results; would highly recommend.”

“Jon at InterLock was excellent. We have signed with another company, had called and cancelled our Appointment with him. He called us back and asked us to give him a chance to talk with us. He came to our house sold us his product and his price. We cancelled with the first company that same day. Our roof was just completed 6 weeks after we signed with Jon. The roofers were professional and worked their tails off in freezing weather. The final product is beautiful. Thank you Jon and Interlock. Services: Roof repair”

“Very good communication from start to finish, always on time, a quality product. The crew installing the roof were very professional.”

“At first we were going to put a second layer down but we found after that there already was a second layer when the project was starting which delayed the project. An improvement might be to check the layers in advance”

“It's an excellent roofing system that is installed professionally. I will recommend if the occasion arises. We were very pleased with the workmanship, service and love the look.”

“From the Salesman to the work crew, everyone was extremely professional. Although expensive I do feel I have made a great investment for my home.”

“We have had an interlock roof for 8 years and love it! We have had many compliments on the appearance of our roof. Technicians are professional and service is prompt”

“Great product and installation crew was fast and professional.”

“The roof was installed over 20 years ago. I called this morning and someone came by within a couple of hours and spent a few hours here and didn't leave until it was fixed. Couldn't possibly ask for more.”

“I had a leak in my bathroom. The man that came was very nice and professional. Very informative thanks”

“Very quick response for a minor repair. Prompt, explained the repair in detail and done in less than half an hour. Interlock Metal Roofing is number 1!!”

“They could've improved on cleanliness and care on the jobsite during the job. They did great cleaning afterwards.”

“I had a leak in my bathroom. The man that came was very nice and professional. Very informative thanks”

“Fast response to a small problem.”

“I would highly recommend Interlock Metal Roofing to anyone looking for a high quality product and installation workmanship. Professionalism is the operative word with Interlock. Starting with their salesmanship, no pressure, no manipulation, and friendliness.”

“Fantastic job! The roof looks professional and great. They did an outstanding job.”

“I just had a brand new Dark Grey Metal Roof by INTERLOCK installed. I found everyone that I dealt with from Jonathan Brown in sales and Jennifer Simons in the office and to the crew that did an excellent job ( they were very hard workers)! I am pleased with the outcome of the roof. It looks wonderful, I would highly recommend interlock to anyone who Is looking for a quality roof and excellent and professional installation.”

“Roofing project review: Ana and Jorge Calvo: We installed a metal roof 3 years ago, we are very happy with it. The roof needed minor repairs, I contacted Jennifer Simons at Interlock and she sent Mr. Galo Rivera. He and his crew repaired the roof and demonstrated excellence in their work. Thank you Interlock Lifetime Roofing! Ana María and Jorge Calvo”

“We really like our roof.”

“Long wait on materials, installation was good, but not what I would call great (some dents, some uneven areas). The overall project had the potential to be fantastic (due to the construction of the house) and it fell short of that, but still looks great. Also dissappointed that they could not provide me with a certification letter for the wind, hail, and fire resistance. So installation had no effect on my homeowners insurance. At my previous home in Texas, that was standard for all roofing contractors. See previous comments”

“Interlock Metal Roofing exceeded our expectations. It is so beautiful that it takes my breath away. In the winter, the house is warmer, and the snow slides right off. I can't think of a thing they could improve on. They were faster than I thought possible. They were pushing hard because of the cold weather that was coming. Everything was fantastic. They set up where I said they could. They cleaned up and looked for nails with a machine. I couldn't believe how wonderful they were.”

“Sloppy clean up. Numerous materials left in yard and driveway including an empty tube of sealant, an empty soda can, pieces of roofing materials, and nails and screws left in drive way. I just hope I have found all of them.”

“Interlock was great, and installation was just as told to us by sales. The crew worked hard, cleaned area each day and roof looks great! I was impressed by their professionalism and also had a call from home office checking during the install.”

“Interlock Roofing just completed roofing our home. Looks great! Experience with Jonathan to Jennifer to Gallo and his workers couldn't have been better. Wished we had done this sooner.”

“If you want to secure, modernize & absolutely beautify your home without the hassle of moving, start with a brilliant sparkling quite literally stunning Interlock Metal Roof. Our experienced, knowledgeable & genuinely likable salesman JONATHAN BROWN explained all the economical benefits, practical advantages & value added benefits as well as guiding us through the entire process with ease, we didn't have to stress out about a thing. Refreshingly, Jonathan simply chatted with us, took plenty of time-I never felt rushed to make a decision. We love it! Mazar is an excellent Technician who assisted us as well with this lovely new roof.”

“From sales to office staff and roofing crew.We had a wonderful experience with having our new roof installed. We liked that if we had questions there was someone to actually talk to. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Interlock Roofing.”

“This is the second review I have ever given. Absolutely couldn’t be happier about our new roof/skylights and the folks I dealt with during the whole process. Begins with the no pressure sales, support staff and ends with the people who did the work. Work was done in November and waited to give this review only because I wanted to see how it handled a Vermont winter and see if any issues came up. No issues, none! Not sure why, but I used a lot less oil this winter (colder and snowier winter than normal). Maybe my 30 years old skylights or something to do with the roof system? If you are on the fence about using Interlock Roofing or the Shake Shingle type of roof, my advice to you would be to get off the fence and pull the trigger!”

“I just had a brand new metal roof by Interlock installed. I found everyone that I dealt with from Jonathan Brown in sales To Jennifer Simons in the office and to the boss of the installation crew as well as the crew themselves, all worked with professional excellence.”

“Friendly efficient great service”

“Yes. It just looks so good and you will never have to replace it. As mentioned above, communication, especially if there is a scope of work change, should be done as soon as possible. I really love my new roof. The cost was more than twice what I would have paid for a high-end "architectural" asphalt roof; but the longevity and look of the new roof is worth it. I know I will never have to think about my roof ever again. I have gotten many complements already from our neighbors, and many think it's a real slate roof (it looks that good).”

“Interlock Roofing just completed roofing our home. Looks great! Experience with Jonathan to Jennifer to Gallo and his workers couldn't have been better. Wished we had done this sooner.”

“The roof looks great Jonathan did a great job of explaining the features of the new roof.the crew was great and very professional and did a great clean up after the installation”

“Great roof, insurance loves it because it’s fireproof. Looks like brand new after 10 years.”

“Our entire experience; inquiry, ordering, installation, and follow up has been excellent. The roof was justifiably costly and definitely worth the investment. The appearance of our house has been greatly enhanced.”

“We're thrilled with our new roof! Chris L. explained the product expertly. The material arrived on time and install went smoothly. Highly recommend!”

“Nazar was awesome to fix roof from winter ice damage. !!”

“Choosing a metal roof was an easy decision after working with Christopher Lacky choosing Interlock was definitely the best choicewe made. Chris, Paul and Nazar made a challenging home upgrade into such a delight. The professionalism and knowledge was by far top notch. The winter months seem warmer and summer cooler. One issue is the noise during rain storms but I have grown to like it”

“called for a warenty repair on Monday and it was fixed on Wednesday. Great service.”

“Bought this roofing 20 years ago. It was installed well. Needed improvements to my roof structure were suggested and made to ensure the longevity and worthiness of my roof. All these years later I am still happy I made the investment in my 160 year old home.”

“Communications with the office could be improved. Dropping and losing nails and scraps in the snow is understandable but not picking up excess nails dropped while filling nail pouches is not okay. Also as a non smoker cigarette butts on the ground are definitely not okay.”

“Our home had an Interlock metal roof already installed when we purchased it. After 15 years we noticed that the vent pipe boots appeared to be damaged. I received multiple quotes and Interlock had the best quote by 3X and came out the next day for service. The technician was very professional and took care of everything, even in the middle of winter! The job was completed quickly, and the entire site was left clean.”

“Based on my original review below, Interlock reached out and was explicit about wanting to know what needed to be done to receive a better review. My experience with Interlock since that point has been excellent. The technician applied new caulking around the chimney and completely re-installed the flashing where our original house meets a lower roof.”

“They could probably improve on the communication between the scheduler, the homeowner and sales. It was definitely a great experience all around. I highly recommend them to anyone. I don't want to sound negative, because it was a good experience and they did great!”

“We just put an Interlock metal roof on our house. We were very happy with Chris's presentation and and decided to move forward with them. They started when they said they would and the crew worked full days until it was complete.”

“Our recent experience with the team at InterLock Roofing was exceptional. Their Sales expert Chris L. worked with us to explain the features, advantages, and warranty of their lifetime aluminum shingle roof system. We worked together to document the complete scope of work before the work began. (The existing asphalt shingle roof, installed in 2006, had been leaking in several locations for year's - damaging our ceilings and hardwood flooring). Wilson P. (Site Foreman) and his install team were hard working, professional, and extremely thorough.”

“Very satisfied with our new metal roof. Workers were very efficient. Looking forward to years of hassle-free winters!!!!”

“The team at InterLock replaced a asphalt shingle roof on our house. The old roof was installed in 2006 and had been leaking in a few places for years. Damaging ceilings and hardwood floors. Our modular home had several obvious gaps in the roof deck. InterLock stripped the existing roof down to the roof deck. They replaced all damaged decking and removed all the gaps before installing their lifetime aluminum shingles. The team overcame several challenges and did all the specified work to our complete satisfaction. Having all the required materials on site and readily available when needed. Great team and excellent product.”

“Jonathan was great help getting us all the information needed for the roof and what to expect, and the whole process. The installation was fast, the roofers were hard working and professional. The look of the metal roof is superb!”

“Knowing the scope of the job in the beginning and not attempting to substantially increase our final cost after completion.”

“It was a pleasure working with Interlock from beginning to end. The back office was good about setting expectations for job start and duration, delivery of materials (which happened on time) and work to be performed.”

“We are pretty happy, and we should be okay as long as there aren't any issues down the road.”

“yes, with provisos. Vetting installation crews. Obviously some are much better and more well organized than others. I assume many, if not all, of there crews are subcontractors. I do not have a particular issue with that but it can lead a randomness in the quality of your installation. I would recommend you read all of InterLocks literature on installation and cleanup and it there are differences in what is said and what is actually happening on your site - CALL THEM! The plus here is they will fix it and they will do that quickly and with concern for your problems. Once my concerns were brought to InterLock's attention they were addressed in a manor that was professional and I could not have been more appreciative of their response. When it is all said and done we could not be happier with the new roof. It looks great we we are expecting not to have a roofing issues for decades to come. My advice, stay involved with your job's progress and do not be timid in bringing concerns you may have to the attention of The Walpole office.”

“Very pleased with the quality and appearance of the roofing.”

“Very pleased with the quality and appearance of the roofing. None No”

“Get a better sales team, that will respond to your calls and questions After the sale, it was as if the salesman vanished into thin air nowhere to be found”

“As noted above - install a porta-john if owner cannot give access to the home.”

“They could have improved communication in regard to pricing, the hiccup with that was weird. Other than that, I didn't have any problems at all. The guys that were here doing the roofing were really great. They got it done really quickly and they were all very nice.”

“The roof came out absolutely gorgeous, the color and pattern I choose matches our brick so beautifully, I got a lot of compliments from my neighbors and visitors. The foreman Franklin amazed me with his workmanship, organization skills and leadership although he is the only English speaking person among the whole team. I am glade that I choose Interlock Metal Roofing for my house. Services: Roof installation”

“Better interest rate re financing company”

“Interlock Metal Roofing did an excellent job. From sales to working crew they completed job quickly and professionally. The weather and roads were not good. But they performed admirably. I have nothing but a good opinion of this company and their employees.”

“They came in and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They could have made it cheaper. It was a pleasurable experience. It is nice to see a contractor keep their word.”

“The work was both of excellent quality and done on time. The worksite was left exceptionally clean. I would recommend Interlock Roofing to anyone looking for a great product and great service.”

“The presentation by the sales representative was very informative, professional and not high pressure. The work crews worked quickly but efficiently and paid attention to safety protocols. Better control of debris and there should have been a port o potty for the crew.”

“Interlock Metal Roofing did an outstanding job on our home's roof.”

“Jonathan Brown was our sale agent that we was recommended by other homeowners. He was very understanding of our needs for a metal roof. He was willing to help us with everything we need.”

“My experience with this company was so easy. First I met with my salesman Johnathan Brown. He was so wonderful explaining everything, very friendly . Loved working with him. The workers were very professional ,did a great job and left no mess. Customer service was very easy to ask any questions. Love my new roof and the company I chose to do it”

“The representative Daniel Pelkey was very professional and really informative. He certainly was very qualified and answered all my questions and concerns.”

“I have had the cedar aluminum shingled style roof for about 15 years and it looks just as good as the day it was installed. Have not had one issue with it. I highly recommend it.”

“The roof came out absolutely gorgeous, the color and pattern I choose matches our brick so beautifully, I got a lot of compliments from my neighbors and visitors. “The work was both of excellent quality and done on time. The worksite was left exceptionally clean. I would recommend Interlock Roofing to anyone looking for a great product and great service.”

“Very happy with the product, the quality of the work and everyone involved with making my project go smoothly.”

“We had a new metal roof installed by Interlock. The entire experience was amazing. From financing to installation it was a one stop process. Very happy with the work and how professional everyone was.”

“High quality workmanship. Notify us of changes before the installation. Specifically installed box vents instead of the agreed upon ridge vent.”

“would recommend if asked. I chose metal roofing because of high wind levels damaging existing styles of asphalt roofing. The interlocking product installed will not suffer wind damage such as blowing off or breaking as the asphalt shingles did.”

“They have the highest quality product. They should let the homeowner know about anything that needs to be done in preparation for the roof. The woman that coordinates all of it was very responsive and pleasant to talk to. The financing was very helpful.”

“Interlock metal roofing came within a few weeks after we had agreed to the new roof. They covered all the roofs with plywood. Then a layer of waterproof material. They were very neat picking up after themselves. They used a large magnet to get the nails. The finished job looks wonderful. I also liked that their office was in Walpole just the next town. The only complaint I have is that on the next to last day they worked in between a Thunder storm and pouring rain. Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value”

“My two prior asphalt shingle roofs curled, cracked, grew moss, had black streaks, and generally looked terrible in 10-15 years each. I was so done with asphalt roofs.”

“Interlock Metal Roofing could have improved their scheduling, management, and oversight with regard to the quality control of the subcontractors.”

“They could have improved on communication between the crew and the project manager.”

“Fast, clean and efficient workers . Beautiful looking roof. The gentleman that dropped the materials off was great. But it was well past.8:00PM and dark.”

“Many people in .y area love the roof and think you should open a northern NH division”

“I found quite a few nails in my driveway after completion. The crew didn't get a chance to finish cleaning up on the final day because of darkness and a huge rainstorm started. This wasn't their fault and was not a big deal. The roof is absolutely beautiful. It exceeds my expectations!!!”

“I don't think Interlock Metal Roofing could improve on anything; they did a great job. It was all great.”

“They could improve on the cleanliness during the job.”

“The installation was fast and well done, the product is beautiful compared to a standard roof and I'm excited knowing I'll never have to replace this stunning feature of our home.”

“I highly recommend Interlock Metal Roofing for the following 4 reasons: We are now proud owners of the most visually pleasing and structurally sound roof I have ever seen. From the owner on down, every person at Interlock is dedicated to customer satisfaction. The crews performing the work are top notch, led by great leaders. Positive: Quality, Professionalism Services: Roof damage repair, Roof inspection, Roof installation, Roof repair”

“Communication between the estimator and installation crew could have been improved during the project.”

“None we were very satisfied”

“Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism Services: Roof installation”

“Great product”

“It's a beautiful product. It doesn't look like the crap that most companies use.”

“I highly recommend Interlock Metal Roofing for the following 4 reasons: We are now proud owners of the most visually pleasing and structurally sound roof I have ever seen. From the owner on down, every person at Interlock is dedicated to customer satisfaction.”

“The materials are good. The installation was fair. It took a long time to get the job completed. They could have had better subs.”

“They did a great job! They were very professional. It was great! In the process of setting it up, we were shown one color for the rubber only. Before starting the job, they reached out about changing the color to green. They immediately caught it. Their attention to detail and follow-up regarding customer satisfaction is a great positive.”

“It was very good. It was very good. We're very happy. I think people should know about the noise. We have a lot of insulation in our attic. It's no louder than the old roof used to be in our tiny house.”

“Communication is one area where Interlock Roofing could improve. Overall, Interlock Roofing is a very good company. They provide a very, very good product. I have received a lot of compliments from my neighbors and guests about how nice the roof looks.”

“I would have preferred a crew from Interlock supervising the subcontractors. That way I could have gone to them and asked them to stay on top of the subcontractor's cleanliness”

“I’m happy with the end results. There were a few issues that I have stated below. More communication of the process.”

“They did a great job. They were very professional and cleaned up well after the project. The crew could have spoken better English.”

“Not so much email”

“I have a few issues that I want corrected. The crew worked very long hours and tried to get it done as quickly as possible, including after dark. They couldn't see tile damage and gutter debris, due to a nail. I'd rather they worked during the day time. They shouldn't be working after dark, so clean up could be more effective. I noticed a problem with the underlayment in one area. I am not sure that was corrected. One layer was overlapping another. Some of the tiles got bent because of foot traffic, though it's not a huge issue.”

“Not to many companies care about their customer after the job is done Interlock is different they respond right away. Service: Roof installation”

“Took a little longer to get the project started than quoted. The scheduler appears a little overextended. Product is expensive, but I am pleased with the results and look of the roof.”

“Honestly, I am very satisfied. Everything went nice and smooth. Everything went smooth such as the timeframe of installment. Everything was great, and it was a good experience.”

“We love the stylish new look our house got with the Metal Slate Roofing and the longevity Interlock Roof System offers. Although the roof is made of aluminum, the design makes the roof look as if it was traditional slated roof.”

“Nothing. courteous and great service These responses are for both buildings in our condo vs. completing one survey each building”

“I am unlikely to recommend Interlock to a friend. I found the sales representative, Jonathan Brown, highly deceptive when pricing the deal. That is simply unacceptable. I did find the installation crew hard working and organized. They did a good job and I appreciated that. I didn't get the idea that there was a lot of supervision, though and some of the installation problems that came up at the end reflected that. I still have some questions about the work. They should provide a port-potty for the crew.”

“The quality of the product itself and the people you use to install were very informative and high tech. They did a great job. There are no areas where they could have improved. My wife and I are super satisfied with it. It's fantastic and looks great. This roofing system is beautiful.”

“We had a new metal roof installed on our entire home, and we are very pleased with the quality of the product. Our installation had to be scheduled for after some other work being done on the house, and Interlock was very flexible with our ever-evolving timeline.”

“None that I can think of. I'm so excited to see how the new roof handles heavy snow and storms. So far the skies haven't given me the chance, but I'm looking forward to a Big Storm for the first time in years.”

“They were very prompt and attentive. They got it done quickly.”

“I would recommend Interlock if the friend is particularly interested in a metal roof and understands the investment The team should stop work by sunset”

“A most excellent well done job!! The new roof really makes the house "pop". Absolutely beautiful!! Positive: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services: Roof installation”

“I think that it went very well. I was very happy. I was amazed at how professional Interlock Roofing was compared to others. My job was very complicated, with a curved roof and a gazebo that required a lot of hours of careful cutting. Everything was done very well. I wish the price was cheaper in general. I think that it went very well. I was very happy. I was amazed at how professional Interlock Roofing was compared to others. My job was very complicated, with a curved roof and a gazebo that required a lot of hours of careful cutting. Everything was done very well. I am thinking about building a garage and other things on my property. I will be calling them back to get more work done.”

“Interlock Roofing could have improved the price and made it cheaper. Everything was good. I would use Interlock Roofing again if anything needed to be done.”

“Debris management was the primary area for improvement.”

“I cannot think of anything for improvement. The reason I went with Interlock Roofing was their transferrable warranty that is good for 50 years. I am in the process of fixing up my house to sell it, probably within the next 10 years. I think the transferrable warranty will be a big selling point with prospective buyers. And, the way the roof looks is a very valuable asset for the sale of the home.”

“Communication to one person. More workers speaking English would be helpful Should really offer gutters as part of roof installation”

“The roofing materials and construction are just what we need for our oceanfront home”

“Will recommend them. Other than the one issue with the drip edge the insulation crew were good.”

“I will recommend to others if I get through the winter months and the metal roof performs like advertised ! Price… the roof is very expensive ! Like I said.., get back to me in the spring after the snow flies and I’ll have a better opinion !”

“Services: Roof installation”

“they were highly professional would highly recommend”

“Mark helped out tremendously educating me about metal roof, guiding me through the decision process, and getting put awesome, beautiful roof installed! Thanks so much !! Services: Roof installation”

“Overall great experience, disappointed in follow up with noted questions. Cleanup was lacking on the little metal slivers (1 -2”) shards of tile trimmings. Grand daughter cut her foot on these sticking up between boards on upper deck area. Missing screws on edge between siding and roof. Left messages but NO response. Talked to a guy that answered phone, he typed message to responsible person. He said I’d hear back within 24 hours, 6 days ago, no call. See above, they requested photos and I sent them BEFORE the job was ⅔ complete. Called and brought it to their attention but still no follow up to date. Left messages regarding other missing screws, no response. Got my money and went silent. It’s all above”

“They take the nails, and they throw them over their shoulder, and they go into the gutters, bushes, etc. It ended up flattening my tires. I did talk to them about it. It was partially my fault because I haven't kept up with communicating to them because I am busy. They did come back and tried to pick the rest of the nails up. However, when it rained, they came out of the gutters and ended up in my driveway. One time I counted 26 nails came down the drain pipe. The magnet doesn't work for the nails in the gutters. They could have improved their handling of the waste products. I still have to get in touch with them. The people in the office are nice and cooperative. The foreman was good as well.”

“Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The roof on our vacation home in New Hampshire was about 15 years old and was starting to lose shingles due to deterioration and weather and needed to be replaced. As with all projects, I like to get multiple quotes from vendors. I made contact with the folks in Walpole for Interlock and soon after I was contacted by Mark. He came out to the site to review the project and provided multiple options and a professional quotation. We selected the shake-style metal rooftop to replace the current asphalt shingles. The new roof was installed on schedule over the winter in New Hampshire and looks beautiful. The crew was neat and orderly and left no mess behind. Mark was always available to answer questions regarding any aspect of the job. I'm still amazed at how good the metal roof looks whenever I'm at the house, and I would recommend Interlock to anyone interested in a new metal roof. Service: Roof installation”

“The start date of the project was confusing. They could not give us an exact date when they would start installation. Their scheduling process could improve.”

“This is a beautiful product. The roof looks awesome. Better communication. You already have the best product. When people are spending this kind of money, kid gloves in handling the project go a long way. This is a major investment. Pay attention to your clients and their feelings.”

“I'm always looking for a better price.”

“Having the workmen here working on a good schedule, getting to the job site early in the morning instead of the hottest part of the day, which is really not practical for roofers. We would not recommend them to anybody because it took so long. Our neighbor had a larger roof stripped and shingled in two days. Their crew showed up at 6:00am and worked until 8:00pm. They came and got the job done. The installers put stuff from the deck out in the yard, and it killed the grass. That was annoying too, so now I am dealing with reseeding and all of that stuff. We had the dumpster delivered two weeks before the job started, which killed the grass too. Another issue we had was parking their van in our driveway because it leaked oil on our pavers.”

“Interlock Roofing could have improved on the clean-up process.”

“They could improve by coming to fix the issues I suggested. Someone need to come out to fix the issues I had during installation.”

“Pleased with the work quality so far and I've the look of the roof. We've received many compliments.”

“As I said before cleaning up, the gutters had and probably still have a few things in them. After the crew left on the third day (it was late) they could have done a better job cleaning up. My wife and I did a nail and small parts of roofing search the next day and found over 400 nails and small pieces of roofing 427 was the official count. The last comment, I think the person Paul or some like him (an Interlock leader) should have been at site the last end of the day and reviewed the work (need an English speaking person), the lead worker was very good, his English could be better.”

“No improvement”

“They could improve the language skills of their employees. It was very difficult to communicate. They knew what they were doing, but they couldn't explain to me what they were doing. They couldn't answer my questions. I have had 2 roofs done. The first one was 2-3 years ago, and it has not leaked. This job was finished in the spring, so I'm just waiting to see.”

“They did a great job and cleaned up very well. The roof looks great. Everybody that looks at the roof says it looks good. Every place down here on the South Shore, we are close to the coast where the hurricane comes up. You guys need to bring nails and stuff to prevent everything from blowing off. They cleaned up great after the job. Everybody else I know that got a roof done picks up nails from all over the place, but for me, I only picked up three nails from the whole thing and that was it.”

“Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness We had a metal roof installed to replace our asphalt roof. We were very happy with the workers that were here every day and on time. They were very professional and each day they cleaned up all debris before leaving for the day. The roof is just what we wanted and are very happy with it. We would recommend Inter Lock very highly. Service: Roof installation”

“The quality of the work in the trimming and finishing around the edges, for the most part, was good, but there were several areas where they had to come back and fix. The first day the crew lead was there, but after that there was no one I could talk to to address concerns due to the language barrier. In general, I am satisfied with the work. I received compliments on the roof. I expected to be taken care of more for the cost that was paid this is a high-end product and I didn't receive it.”

“Interlock was very professional. They installed my roof in a timely manner and the workmanship was great. Glad I went with interlock. Positive: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services: Roof damage repair, Roof installation”

“Services: Roof installation”

“'It was done before they thought it was going to be done. There was an issue and they came back and fixed it.”

“Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness We suffered a house fire that destroyed a large portion of our home. After researching multiple metal roof options and comparing quotes from three different installers we selected Interlock without hesitation. The product design was important to us and we were impressed with the materials and finishes and believe it will last a long time. The slate styling was a definite upgrade for our roof. Services: Roof installation, Roof repair”

“Did our first roof, wonderful now going to do garage as well. Staff always friendly and helpful!”

“I cannot think of anything right now. I think that metal roofs are superior to asphalt roofs, but they should not be 3.5 times more expensive.”

“There was lack of communication. We were told they don't hire third party, but we found they did. We would not have hired them had we known that. We ended up with timing and scheduling issues because of that.”

“Roofing went well. Then once paperwork was signed the installer was not English speaking so we had a hard time communicating and there was a misunderstanding. Having folks that speak English or translator on site during entire project.”

“I had a mold problem in the house from the lack of ventilation installed in my previous asphalt roof. Jonathan said he was going to solve the problem once and for all and he did! The ventilation system installed now is excellent and I know I won’t have another issue with mold. The roof is excellent and high quality. I’m also really happy that interlock was able to remove an old pipe and chimney not in use to get a nice watertight roof. Thank you!”

“They need a project manager on-site somewhere in the process. Feedback for #1 - We are happy with the product, but not happy with the process in terms of zero communication after they started working on the roof. No one spoke English.”

“fast & efficient none”

“Our installation manager, Paul McLaughlin, was terrible. Interlock roofing is not the cheapest option for roofing. My wife & I decided to spend considerably more to have it placed because we care about our home and were impressed by the product. When we decided to pay extra for a premium product we expected good if not great customer service. That wasn't the case. We had issues with damage to our hardy board siding during installation where it met the roof (I would be happy to send pictures if needed) Multiple areas of the house siding had fractured. When I called to discuss the siding Paul was nonresponsive, dismissive of the issue, rude to my wife and refused to look at the property or even listen to our concerns. He accused me of not wanting to pay my bill even though we paid in cash & on time. Interestingly, he had no problem coming to the house unannounced when I wasn't home to take pictures of the roof which gave me the impression he was more interested in advancing his own interests then listening & working with his customers. For this reason and this reason alone I would not and have not recommended friends to work with the company. Let Paul McLaughlin and get someone who will represent your company well. Mistakes and damages happen in the course of a project. Telling your customers you don't have time for them isn't going to help you build customer referrals or gain market share. I'd like a response or someone in management to contact me to discuss my experience. I've held off on leaving a negative google/bbb review with the hopes I could share my experience with you and have someone discuss with my wife and I the horrible customer service we received.”

“Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We loved the roof so much after they did our house that we called them to come back and roof the barn too. It's a beautiful roof and gets lots of comments, and the 50-year warranty is great! The install crew works hard and leaves the yard spotless. Service: Roof installation”

“Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We were looking to replace our shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof for our home in Vermont. We called over ten roofing contractors and received quotes from four of them. I had the best feeling about Interlock Roofing from the beginning, mostly due to my interactions with Mark. Additionally, they were the most competitive on price. Once we committed and signed a contract, we dealt with Jennifer and Paul to coordinate and complete the installation. They were incredibly responsive, and timely, and the entire project was completed in four days. Such a pleasure to work with. The entire process was seamless, and the roof looks phenomenal. Very pleased overall. Service: Roof installation”

“Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Professional, pleasant & responsive staff (Jonathan & Jennifer). The roof is beautiful to look at & highly functional. There was a delay in installation because of VT weather, but that was unavoidable. Jonathan reached out to us after two years to check on us & the roof, which we thought was very considerate & just good business practice.”

“I think Interlock Roofing could have improved on the original scoping. No, there's nothing else I'd like to share about the experience.”

“They could have improved on the clean-up with the roofing nails and things of that nature.”

“Critical: Responsiveness Our original roof that was installed in 2011 is fine, but, like other reviewers, it has been impossible to get a quote for a roof on an addition we are planning. The contractor has tried multiple times to get a quote and was repeatedly told they would relay to request. When he got nowhere, I called and was told Jennifer, the installation coordinator, was out sick, but they would send her an email. They agreed to cc me on the email, but they never did. I just tried calling and had to leave a voice message. Does your company want more business or not?! Service: Roof installation --- Response from the owner: Hi Barbara, I understand Mike Rasmussen has been in touch with your husband and your contractor regarding your project, and it’s in the works. Please don't hesitate to contact me directly if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks, Scott Interlock Metal Roofing Never Re-Roof Again.® with New England's Best Roof™ [email protected] "> 1-866-319-8769”

“They could improve on payment processing. They need to build the website to take payment electronically. I could help with that. I don't like giving someone a check that could expose me to other things.”

“Everything from sales to installation of the product went smoothly and very nice. Overall, it was fantastic. We love the looks of it.”

“Yes if anyone asks about the roof I will definitely recommend your company More communication with installation crew/told salesman I wanted one piece valley’s because there about 9 feet long and I ended up with two piece valley’s”

“They could have improved on communication. They left their advertising sign at my home. I am not sure if they should send someone out to pick it up.”

“After I contacted Interlock the impression I was left with, was they wanted to educate me about the product. John the salesman that came to my home explained clearly the whole process and even took me to another house in my neighborhood to show me exactly what was involved and the end result. That was when I decided to go with them. Although it didn't get installed until the middle of winter everything held tight as they worked around snow and rain. I love the new roof and highly recommend Interlock Roofing.”

“The cleaning up at the end of the day could improve. This is the second roofing job done by Interlock. The first one was done on a smaller house, and it was the best one done in the neighborhood from what I heard from friends and family. I am happy with the results, and with the next roofing done, I do think I have the best one in the neighborhood.”

“It's really important to have someone that speaks the customer's language on site so that issues can be raised and addressed. There were a couple of times that I noticed something and wanted to raise it but no one was on-site to talk with. Interlock should consider having an inspector come to review the installation after completion. If someone was looking for an installations to be installed without any careful watching, they would be disappointed with the result. The crew fixed everything we pointed out but its not clear to me that they would have raised the issues unless I said something. Some sort of quality control on the installation should be considered.”

“I had my roof installed in May 2003. I noticed the coating had some peeling in 2021. I contacted them in the beginning 0f June 2021 and by the end of June they had approved my claim. It took 8 months but they replaced my entire roof with no charge at all to me.”

“Installation was good but the site was not clean. They left nails all over and the deck got damaged. Their clean-up. They still have not technically come out to see the end of the project due to the snow. We are still waiting to schedule that.”

“I can’t really think of anything. Communication and timeliness are essential with this type of large project, and I was very happy with my experience.”

“I think Interlock Roofing could improve on their punctuality”

“Initial promises of marketing afterwards was not done”

“Interlock Roofing could've improved on just the workmanship.”

“From the start the end I have nothing but good things to say about the this company”

“Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We absolutely LOVE our roof! Right from the start, this company worked with us every step of the way. Beginning with the quote, the financing, the install to the clean up. They were professional, friendly, fast and understanding in all our questions and concerns about making this big purchase. We highly recommend Interlock if you are considering a new roof; you won't regret it! Service: Roof installation”

“no no”

“Our new roof looks fantastic! Interlock delivered everything they promised -- the work crew was excellent, and communicating with Interlock throughout the project was easy. We couldn't be happier with the results. Since solar panels are becoming more commonplace, I encourage Interlock to anticipate customers' needs in this area and improve how they work with solar installation companies. The roof looks amazing, and we've gotten a lot of compliments on it -- thanks so much!”

“Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value From the word Hello, my husband and I knew we had found the right company. We went direct to the Mfg, eliminating the middleman because Interlock has their own crews installing the roof. I never have to play the game of whether it's the contractor's fault or not; it's the Mfg's fault IF there is ever an issue with my roof! Their Salesmen Mark, was always in contact with me, as is their business office - Jennifer was great - even when we delayed the job because of issues with our home out of our control. Once we gave the green light, their installation team was here within days and done within three days. They addressed rot we hadn't anticipated, brought in their inspector to ensure the job was going smooth and answered questions we had. We are very shy with contractors due to a couple of misfortunes, so we were very leery about going with any contractor in general. We have renewed hope there is good in this world. I couldn't be happier with not only the product but the company. WE LOVE OUR ROOF! The best part is I'll never have to worry again, and I can transfer my home into trust with confidence my family won't have to worry again either! Thanks, Interlock! Services: Roof installation, Attic venting”

“This is roof number 2 , number 3 is scheduled”

“I think we could've been aware of the layout for the snow guards. If we had a chance to see the layout upfront, that would've eliminated the issue I have now of no snow guards. I think that it is important to the customer to know that upfront, to know the layout prior to the job starting, so everybody agrees on it. I'm hoping I hear from someone at Interlock Roofing about the snow guards. They did say they could add them later, so it's still doable, but I don't want to pay extra for them when they should've been here in the beginning. They are really required for the housing we have.”

“English speaking people on site at all times.”

“We had a little problem with our lawn. The people that Interlock Roofing hired or subcontracted, removed the asbestos and ground it up pretty bad. It's all over the yard. They have not gotten back to me and I'm pretty ticked off about that. Interlock Roofing could have improved by responding to me about the problems with the lawn. They said it would look like they were never here once they left. The asbestos guys used a lift and I have stuff all over the lawn. It's in my neighbor's lawn too. If Interlock Roofing says they are going to leave the yard as it was before they got here, they should do that. They should do what they say. I'm really disappointed in that. The roof is wonderful. We love the roof.”

“Positive: Punctuality, Value Services: Roof installation”

“What a beautiful roof. We are so happy and now we have a forever roof. Thank you. Techs were great. Positive: Punctuality, Quality Services: Roof installation”

“The job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Everything promised was delivered in terms of quality and performance. The roof is beautiful, and we will never have to put another one on our house. None. We've had a lot of projects done in the 48 years we've owned this house. Nobody paid as much attention to the details as the Interlock management and crew. Top marks for all involved. Thank you.”

“Very satisfied with the quality, value and cooperation that I received.”

“You folks are great.”

“Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value To Potential Interlock Customer: We intentionally waited almost two years to write a review (roof replaced in August 2019). Replacing a roof (whether asphalt or Interlock) is an expensive project, and we felt it was important to have the perspective of someone who has experience with the Interlock roof for 2 years.”

“My experience was a very good one.”

“Positive: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services: Roof installation”

“They need to improve on communication and working with the customer to resolve installation issues as they arise. Interlock Roofing owes me a warranty. It still hasn't been delivered to me. They did some extra repair work without my authorization. I was charged for lumber and materials left on the job site after the job was completed. I feel the customer should be allowed to do any necessary repairs without being charged.”

“Somersworth NH install. Great group of workers. They had the foreman check all work after. They are easy to contact, the price was ok, it's not asphalt, and you get what you pay for. Don't expect a price like an asphalt roof. I liked heavy gauge aluminum over those coated steel roofs. Service: Roof installation”

“The sales process could have been better. We are really happy with the roof. It's outstanding.”

“We chose a metal roof to stop an ice dam issue. Since installation we've had only one mild wet snow fall. We're impressed so far, but next winter will allow us to make a better judgement. Better communication is one area. Continued training of the crew is another area.”

“No areas of improvement that I can think of. None at this time.”

“We are very happy with our new roof. From start to finish everything was perfect. When putting on a new roof, it is so important to do the appropriate prep work. For years we had leaks in our old roofs, yes old roofs, (more than 1) as they were never done correctly. We have a old farm house and under the tar paper was wood that needed to be replaced, though no one ever told us! (Just went over it) Interlock looked at the roof and told us it needed plywood and that was why the roof’s always leaked. One by one each shingle section was hand hammered. They were so careful to make sure the pattern was lined up and fit just right. We have never seen the team work so hard, 7am - 7pm, consistent and careful. Each day the yard was spotless before they left. This company has expert knowledge on this type of installation. Thank you Interlock roofing The sales person needs to be more technical, and motivated, and interested in the product. The 1st meeting via zoom, it was a different salesperson giving the presentation, which was excellent. The salesperson in our location was the problem. You need to advertise your product in our area. We had no idea about metal shingles, until we started looked online for a new roof.”

“Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness My husband and I purchased a home with an existing Interlock roof from his parents this past year. The roof has been fine, we have no issues. However, we are looking to add an addition to our home and because interlock requires their staff to perform all work on the roof because of the warranty we contacted them regarding this. My husband has attempted to reach Interlock for the past 1-2 months with out any call back from anyone. Update: I received a call back from Interlock today after receiving my google review. Thankfully, they have begun to work on my outstanding issue. Service: Roof installation”

“The salesperson did not help the project along. I felt it would have been smoother if I was quoted the right amount, and I was told $13 sq ft, and I was charged $16 sq ft, and they did not put my complete tear off in my contract. It was frustrating as a customer, especially when things were having to be backtracked. I thought employees of interlock were going to do my project, and it was a subcontractor that came to do my installation. I was concerned. It has been 2 weeks and I have asked Jennifer twice now for photos. I have asked how I need to proceed having a contractor do the tuck pointing of my chimney.”

“The installers were fantastic and did an amazing job. The whole team worked wonderfully together. I am thrilled with what they have done.”

“We had a leak through the light. They came back to my apartment twice to fix it. I'm not too sure if it is fixed. it hasn't rained yet so I have no way of confirming if the job is finally complete. The only area that needs improvement is the leak in my home. The crew at Interlock Roofing were very professional. They worked very hard during the later hours of the day to fix the leakage in my home.”

“Skylight installation finished work”

“Keeping tarp right by the house to collect falling metal pieces and nails. I wouldn't want my dogs to step on the metal pieces. We understood that the supervisor would come to check on the project throughout the whole process. Perhaps we misunderstood, but my daughter was the only one who saw him after the project was completed. I am glad you sent me this survey so I can feel that someone in the company is interested in my feelings about the results. This new roof cost a lot of money and I want to feel absolutely positive that it is perfect and that if I have concerns they are addressed in a timely manner.”

“Very happy with results! The crew work extremely hard and quickly so our home was not exposed to the elements. Site was always kept clean and safe. They were happy to answer any questions I had.”

“The quality of the work was beautiful. The process of getting the roof up there, was a nightmare. We had a really hard time during the process. It's not truly a straight answer. I think if there was a way to contact the same person throughout the process so they are familiar with the situation, that alone would help out quite a bit. There was a lot of good and bad.”

“I'm very happy with the whole process. The thing that impressed me very much, was that left me half a box patching material.”

“The communication to the sales team could have used more work!”

“It was fast, it took 2 workers 3 days to install my roof and clean up my yard of everything. My roof is looking good now. I even had 3 neighbors say that it was a good looking roof. None I would like to purchase some product to use on the side.”

“I like the roof but the cost is prohibitive for a big job. My job finished off a job from previous owner.”

“From our first meeting with Jonathan, who was professional, authentic and knowledgeable about roofing, we've had a wonderful experience with Interlock Roofing. The installation team was clean, courteous and skilled at their job. The best part is snow slides off the roof and no more leaks in the house. Nothing. it was all great. It was great, easy to set up and we love the look of the roof”

“They could have improved the project by having the materials delivered on time.”

“Positive: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services: Roof installation”

“The entire installation crew was efficient, hard-working, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful.”

“Great looking roof. Wife happy!!”

“I think they should have brought a portable potty.”

“We had a new roof put on our small house on a windy part of the cape. This was after having to re-roof the place with asphalt shingles twice in five years. We now watch our neighbor's shingles flip up with the wind while ours lie flat and snug. It's amazing how something like a roof can bring you such satisfaction. Positive: Quality Services: Roof installation”

“Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation, Skylight installation”

“They have a high-grade quality product. The only thing that could have been communication with the delivery of the dumpster, but that is very minor. I really appreciated Interlock Roofing for working with us. I am looking for people every day to recommend the company to them. It might have been slightly expensive, but it was well worth the value.”

“I am very satisfied with the product and quality of the service offered by Interlock Roofing.”

“Sign was left behind. Will it be picked up, or should it be thrown away?”

“Keep up the great work and service”

“I think that Interlock Roofing could have done a better job at vetting the subcontractor that they hire for installation of their product. In doing so, it would alleviate poor workmanship of the installation of their roofing system.”

“We love the roof. It looks nice and we get a lot of compliments from the owners in the condos next door and even from strangers. We like the way it sounds in the rain. We love the way the workers put plywood, then insulaltion and cushioning between the plywood and the aluminum and even another layer on the standing seam part. It would have been nice to know during the project that the crew was coming or not coming from one day to the next. Sometimes we got conflicting information. Sometimes they didn't come because they were doing a job somewhere else that took priority. I had this roof replaced in aluminum because I am almost 80, and I want to leave this beach house to my children and grandchildren and not have them have to replace the roof for the next 50 years. I bought the house almost 50 years ago and asphalt roofs do not last long with salt air and sea gulls.”

“About as good a product as I've ever purchased. They had aluminum before any of the ones now advertising on television. Great work and lots of great comments from people seeing my roof. At some point, I'd like to do the same on the shed. Snow and ice come right off. It is not a maybe, slides right off in large sections. Positive: Professionalism Services: Roof installation”

“We love our roof! Interlock Roofing delivered and promised everything. It was wonderful we're very, very happy with our new roof.”

“We are happy with the roof, so far.”

“They have very good customer service. The people you interact with are fantastic. Everything basically went by the book. I am very happy. I think Interlock Roofing did a good job. There is not much room for them to improve, I think they did a fantastic job. Including the color of the roof. I am very satisfied. I just want to say hi to Jennifer over in Massachusetts!”

“This is the roof I’ve been dreaming of since I started to see my old one fail. It looks so sleek and modern and it was a great experience from estimate to installation! N/a Metal roofing is more expensive than asphalt, that’s a known variable. But, I’ll never need to reroof my house again and the last roof only lasted 11-12 years. Jonathan convinced me, vs. another company that uses the same product or similar. It was two long days for the crew who stopped only once for a lunch break each day. The product looks great and offers so much peace of mind for me as a homeowner who has had to deal with ice dams and peeling shingles. I get happy just thinking about what’s now overhead.”

“We are happy with the product but concerned about the installation. We have a current issues with how the product was installed which resulted in water damage. At this time although we like the product, we have an issue that prevents us from recommending it to friends. Having a project manager on site the whole time would have made this better. There were communication issues. Part of the sales pitch as that they were diligent in cleaning and they were not. It would have been nice to have the project manager come review upon completion. Some of these issues could have been prevented if they would have came back. The bathroom vent is prime example of this. We are still waiting for a call back on when they will come back out and fix our issues and the vent.”

“The crew was very quick, efficient, and hard working!”

“do a better job protecting the surface of the roof being installed. On the flatter portion of our roof many of the new shingles are damaged from the installers walking on it. Cannot see it from the ground and only found it when I was cleaning our chimney.”

“They got us scheduled earlier than expected, which was great. They did the entire roof in a day and a half, and they cleaned up after themselves, they worked fast, were very nice, and I highly recommend them to anyone. They could have improved with my understanding of the expectations throughout the project; it could have been better explained. they were great scheduled early, squeaky clean when they left.”

“We went with the same company that did the roof because we really liked them.”

“We are very happy with the look of the roof. The workers were good and cleaned up well. The showed up on time. They could have been better at trying to make their customers happy. We were very excited about the expensive roof. We are sad that someone from upper management did not contact us to fix the issue about the materials.”

“Everything was good.”

“They could have improved on their price.”

“Communication!”

“None”

“i will recommend interlock roofing to anyone needing a new roof no room for improvement very nice job it was an experience watching these guys work in a very professional state of mind”

“This was by far the most positive experience we've had with companies coming to do work at our house! None that I can think of.”

“Prep for roof and salesman review on site after job is done”

“Nazar was the Interlock person in charge of the job.He proved himself a knowledgeable, courteous professional. On day, when I was disconcerted because the crew didn't show up, as expected, he was as surprised as I . He gave me his phone number and suggested I phone him should additional problems arise. Nevertheless, that he did not know that the crew failed to report for work, which suggests a lack of communication between the job manager and the crew.”

“All of the above...we had a positive experience and live the look of our roof.”

“They could've explained that they would not be replacing the fascia. If we have to do the fascia now, we will have to disrupt the roof.”

“Need to be more cautious around plants and shrubs. None”

“If I refer Interlock Roofing, I would want to let people know the issues I had with my project. First, the crew has to have one member that can effectively communicate with the homeowner. Our crew had difficulty understanding what I was asking. Second, the crew needs a skilled carpenter that can repair trim and siding that is damaged during the installation of the roofing. The repair work was nothing more than a quick patch job.”

“They did everything to my satisfaction. no”

“We were impressed with the prompt'ness on arriving first thing Tuesday morning and stripping andcovering the roof in one day !The job was completed Wednesday late afternoon with a walk around with Angelo and a very goodcleanup of the area.We have had compliments from neighbors as well as slow moving vehicles looking at the job. Thank you for a job well done Respectfully Judy & Charlie Johnson A special thanks to Michael Baldassari on scheduleing an appointment and being on Time ! also his patience with working with us on the feature's and benefits of the Inter Lock roof. Also we received a letter that was sent to us with an additional discount by mistake and he went the extra mile to help us receive a better price.”

“Nothing, it was all pleasant! I gave an N/A for issues b/c I have a small one waiting to get resolved. Thank you”

“They did a very good job explaining the difference between their product and others. They did what they said they would do.”

“I am very happy with the new roof. I wish they had something to carry the cut material. When they cut in the middle, the material fell down off the roof.”

“The roof does look nice. There has been no change in the “loudness” of it as some people thought with a metal roof. However that might be due to the fact that this was an overlay.I also didn’t appreciate the pressure to sign a check during the “free consultation”- I think that approach would turn off many potential buyers - even if it is good for the salesperson.”

“I was not told the snow would slid off the roof so quickly. We now have damage to our upper balcony from the snow crashing down. Very upset with this. I will have to hire a contractor in the spring to fix my balcony and install something on the roof to stop this from happening. The sales people need to make owners aware of this!”

“Everything was perfect. They were the best! It only took 3 days to get everything done. They were very efficient and didn't take breaks. It was great to have a crew that knew what they were doing. You guys have a good team and a good product, keep up the good work.”

“They are expensive. I found nails laying around.”

“The only area that I think could have been improved on was the English language skills of the crew. They were great, unbelievably hardworking, and very nice, there were just times when we had to communicate via some form of sign language. I was impressed. Often there's a difference between what you're sold and what is delivered, I believe I got what I was sold and I am very satisfied.”

“I worked during the project and did not know when they would finish. It happened that I was almost home when they called to let me know they were done , so they could take the balance of payment, but they might have had to wait for a quite a while had I not been almost home or had plans. Having some idea of the time I should be home would have been helpful. We were told the metal roofing was not noisier, but it is. I don't know if it is the metal, or the removal of 2 layers of asphalt, or the quality of the rain we had, but there was definitely a little more noise.Otherwise, good job guys!”

“I would have liked to have the supervisor come out and do a final check on the job. The crew were hard workers and nice guys but English was not their first language. Asking for certain fixes wasn't always an easy task. When the crew was finished they were heading out to Springfield, I think, and it was a quick departure. I signed the final papers but I have since noticed that where they placed the cupola on our garage is not exactly where it was originally. Slightly off center. I accept responsibility for not being on top of this in the moment but I was focused on correcting other aspects of how the cupola was resting on the new roof.”

“The only person that spoke English was the supervisor.”

“They did a good job.”

“I have already referred Interlock Roofing to several people. Protection of plantings directly below the roof line. I apologize for waiting to give a review. I had been waiting to see how the roof performed in the snow - which it did exceptionally.”

“the sales team was right on with the pricing, measuring sq ft, never tried to charge me more after the fact. Jennifer was terrific with scheduling and keeping me up to date on weather related delays. She worked very well with my solar panel company so all the scheduling of the panel installation went without any glitches. The crew was safe, took the time to protect my property, efficient and performed to the exacting standards of the manufacturer. Dimitri gave me his cell number in case I had any questions concerns after he left, but of course there weren't any. All around fantastic job and a pleasure to do business with Interlock Roofing.”

“I've had an Interlock metal roof on my house and garden shed for two years now. It's absolutely gorgeous. Everyone thinks it's a slate roof! I've had no problems with it. The installation was amazing! A crew of 11 showed up early in the morning and were almost completely done in one day on both buildings. They were so professional. I highly recommend Interlock for both their high quality product and their great people.”

“Better communication with local build dept.”

“We are happy with the results of our request. They changed the warranty to coincide with the personal trust.”

“Would recommended to others despite going in another direction. Jon Brown was thoroughly, knowledgeable and friendly.”

“Better communication and adhering to schedules.”

“Responses to voicemails or messages left with office were “tardy or required numerous follow up communications.”

“I thought the project was well executed..!! The job was well planed the finished product is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this product for any homeowner. The peace of mind I now have with my roof is well worth the cost of this roof.”

“Jonathan Brown, the salesperson was fantastic and knowledgeable. He followed up with us, and I felt bad that we chose a different company.”

“They could improve on their price.”

“Too much of a home sales pitch. He was here for far too long.”

“Additional inspection of the roof in the pre-sale stage would likely have identified problems earlier. This would have let everyone plan more thoroughly.”

“Jonathan was an amazing salesman. He was patient. What I wanted wasn't offered at the time, but he said he could probably find it, so he went above and beyond at his salesman task. If I could have chosen a company, I would have chosen Interlock.”

“They were out of touch with reality, as far as pricing is concerned.”

“I think businesses that treat people as intelligent beings do better in the long run.”

“They could have improved on the project by having a manager on site who could speak English. They did not tell me how many pieces of plywood were going on top of the house and Micheal gave me the wrong price of the plywood which made the cost go up.”

“Having installers who speak English would be an improvement.”

“The price is high and my brother-in-law, who lives in another state and is familiar with metal roofs, said the cost is just really out of range compared to what he was saying it should cost. They wanted to charge me $1k per square foot. Maybe for young people or million-dollar homes that would work, but for people like us, who are on a fixed income, or depending on what stage they are in their life, it's too high.”

“Nothing. I still haven’t received the sign I’m supposed to put out front.”

“Having the on-site crew specifically notify homeowner, if present, when they depart for the day, and when they expect to return. They usually did so, but not always. Also, it was often not clear to whom questions should be addressed. We were particularly pleased at the daily cleanup, and by the filling of the macadam divots (from the dumpster wheels) on the last day.”

“Communication with customer regarding start of project.”

“Advised us we would need Spanish and also some way to provide for the toilet needs of workers.”

“n/A”

“We love the roof, we just wish we could get a better loan rate, when we bought it we planned to refinance the property, but we couldn't get the money from our bank, we have commercial property. If we could get a better rate we would do our commercial building with standing seam, or pool both in to one loan at a better rate. We are paying 12% on our present loan.”

“Will be saving up for a future interlocking roof as I think you have the best product.”

“We just had our interlock slate roof installed. What a great install team, polite, good quality work, had people there only to do clean up all day long, and fast. They answered any questions we had on the installation and addressed things right away we wanted to be changed. We are so happy with the product, and the installation left our porch cleaner than when they started! So happy with it and highly recommend the company. Quality product and installation team.”

“There was a part they said they couldn't do because the slope was incorrect. They could have just done a metal roof on that section instead of the underlayment. That would have been more ideal. I love the metal roofing. It was the way to go. There is a lifetime warranty.”

“We were very pleased with project execution and remain very satisfied with the results!”

“Jonathan did a great job and he was very punctual.”

“I did not appreciate being accused of damaging my own garage frame The crew was pleasant hard working and attentive to detail”

“Mike was everything I expected.”

“It appears that interlock does not want to be in the standing seam business. Price way too high.”

“Salesman was very courteous and polite. Straight forward no hype or fluff. Company kept constant contact, took care of the required building permits. Had the dumpster and materials delivered on time and removed quickly. The crew was phenomenal, polite courteous. Explained everything, and was very conscientious about their work. Over all very pleased and well worth the money.”

“They could have done better cleaning up all the nails from the old roof.”

“They didn't have enough materials to finish immediately.”

“Our Interlock Metal roof is all we had hoped it would be! Folks often stop by and ask about it. We direct them to the company with complete assurance that they will be as happy as we are. My photo doesn't capture the bright blue color. When locals give directions that include our home, it is referred to as the "happy house." Every season looks even more beautiful surrounding our home. The men who worked on it could not have been nicer, more thorough, or more patient with us! Service: Roof installation”

“I am just waiting to see how the job goes cause I haven't had it done yet.”

“They could have informed me that they were not going to put the plywood on the entire roof. Make sure to follow by the agreed upon schedule and to show up on time.”

“I will be using Interlock again in about two years. I have been pleased with and happy with their products in the past. I love my new roof on my other home.”

“I just want to thank everyone. They did a nice job. The small roof was the only issue but it is still god for me. I really appreciated what Interlock Roofing has done for us. They do right by the customer.”

“We really did appreciate the information that Mark gave us and he was professional.”

“It was a great experience.”

“I don’t want to do roof this year”

“It was just very positive. We were very impressed.”

“The material left behind after the first meeting was not informative and the website stinks. I don’t need testimonials, I would like easy accessible facts.”

“They have a wonderful product and are incredibly knowledgeable. I have nothing to suggest. They are an amazing company. They did an excellent job and my house feels great with the roof and what it has done for the temperatures.”

“Couldn't have chosen a better product, it's been 2 years since installation and have absolutely no issues. The house is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Speaking of winter it's only a matter of hours after a snow storm that all the snow slides right off, no more ice dams and ice filled gutters.”

“So far, great the way it is. My Neighbors do not appreciate your sign. They think it is way too big for the area. One fellow walking by asked if I was getting paid for having the sign, I said yes, it was part on the deal.”

“Communication about placement of snow guards. Project manager to meet with customer to review project n not assume things. Was told not able to work in rain. Cancelled. Then it was scheduled n done on the rainiest week! All BS! Still waiting for aerial pic of where snow guards were removed. No reply via email or phone.”

“I think they could improve the coordination between the sales team and the installation team. When I told the installers it was a 4-day project he clearly indicated that the 4 days was not a realistic time frame. That isn't a big thing for me but if I would have known it was a 2-week job up front, I would have probably been fine it. Call me in a year and I will let you know how this roof works.”

“They fell short in the area of communication. The person who was subcontracted dropped of the waste disposal unit early in the morning and he have a huge problem with that because we were not notified. We have underlying issues with the dumpster people. They did not inform us that they were going to arrive. We have issues with their inconsiderate arrivals and it was very unfortunate.”

“I presented the information to my board and we decided to not follow through because it was too expensive.”

“No”

“I like the product, but have seen a few bad reviews about leaks after installation. The cost of old roof removal was definitely to expensive in my opinion. If your company would allow someone else to strip roof it could still work. I believe you need to work with home owners that would want to strip the roof themselves.”

“Unfortunately I had an issue with my 2nd floor bathroom leaking on 1st floor ceiling. Need to address this ow as priority”

“The guys were great and the product was nice, but the estimate was 10,000 to 15,000 over what I was expecting it to be.”

“Timeline changed after I signed contract. Was later notified it may not be completed until spring. It took 2 weeks to install the roof because most of the pieces had to be cut to size. I initially told a few days. Also some emails went unreturned.”

“They could give the homeowner more opportunities to see the roof when it is stripped, before they put the materials on.”

“Did not like how Jon was so pushy for us to sign the paper work to get the deal done.”

“WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF PUTTING THE NEW ROOF ON THE HOUSE AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THE MATERIALS”

“Communications and installation service should be clearly defined on purchasing. The completed roof looks fabulous, and makes our house more attractive. We have to wait for bad weather to see if we still have a leak.”

“Jonathan was Ok. I did not experience any pressure but it was obvious he was following corporate sales procedures. Experienced too many of these. What turned me off was an initial quote that was $7,200 more than final price. But the final quote was only available if I signed that day. That killed the deal. Would not have mattered how much lower he would have gone. I won’t work with a company who will take advantage of consumers who are not skilled negotiators or know better. Also, independent reviews about customer service also turned me off.”

“still obtaining estimates”

“Michael was very personable and easy to work with.”

“I really hope that we can work through this and get the roof on.”

“We are completely satisfied with the overall project and it was a great experience.”

“I am hoping they have a program or discounts for repeat customers who have more than one home or are investing. I bet they don't have a ton of repeats. That is important to me.”

“You're company was the only other company that we considered.”

“They could have kept things cleaner and cleaned up better behind themselves.”

“I thought they did a pretty good job all around.”

“They could have notified me a couple of days before they were coming instead of calling me the morning that they were on the way and given me a completion date so we would have known when to have the check.”

“price”

“The estimate I was given was $120 per square foot...I could with my own time replace my asphalt roof for $3,000. If it was somewhere between $6,500 or $7,500 I would definitely consider it.”

“I have two concerns/complaints about my new Interlock roof. A few places along the ridge cap appear raised - instead of being completely straight and level horizontally, there are a few places where two shingles meet in a slightly raised, A-shape. I was told the roof would be installed in October. It wasn't started until November and it wasn't finished until a week before Christmas.”

“DON'T KNOW YET WAS NOT HERE FOR ROOFING PROJECT”

“Scheduling vs. actual appearance of crew (as above) could have been communicated more clearly. It seems the project was pushed into late December causing my concern as to low temperature (zero \*F) affecting product and installation. So far though, the workmanship and function appears to be at 100%. A few major wind storms since completion had no ill effect, and the intense rain storms have resulted in no penetration into the home. (I could not say that prior to installation!)”

“None - well done All good.”

“Price started way high then kept coming down in increments , not interested in making deals for a lower price just come out with your lowest price in the beginning”

“Communication between customer and work crew. Heads up on start and stop time. I took time off from work to be here.”

“Please check your records I believe my brothersr roof was done around 13 to 15 years the go Respectfully Elias G. Noukas9 Wolcott ParkMedford, Mass . 02155”

“They are hard workers and work until dark. The problem is cleanup isn’t very good. Had so many nails outside of my garage doors, driveway in my downspouts, etc.”

“My roof looks good.”

“Dear Interlock, I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with my new roof. It is gorgeous! Mike Baldassari was a pleasure to deal with. He was so informative about the whole roofing process. I would highly recommend this company.”

“These guys are amazing. Quick to come with an estimate. Kept me up to date with every detail. Did my roof in just a couple of days. I've received so many compliments by those who drive by. Yes, it is more expensive but it is an investment that will pay for itself.”

“I can tell you that your guy was not pushy. I had another company come out and their guy was the pushiest guy I've met. I respect the fact that David didn't call or harass me everyday.”

“If I chose anyone I would choose Interlock Roofing.”

“The salesman was very decent and knowledgeable.”

“Just could not afford this product even though it met all of our requirements for our new roof”

“Great experience the entire process....everyone was very professional and the did a great job”

“Installation took over 4 months!”

“The salesman was excellent!”

“I lost some flowers but it may have been my fault. They covered them up then threw the roof on top of them. It was just $12 worth of damage so it's no big deal. They should ask you what you want covered up and not disturbed.”

“None. This project went so smoothly for us. We would also like to thank Jennifer, she was great to work with even though our vacation schedules did hinder her some. We love our new roof!!! Thank you!!”

“They were very nice and I would like to get back to them. I am going to contact you so I can talk to you some more. I would recommend Interlock Roofing, they were nice and thorough.”

“People that can speak English better”

“They showed up on a Saturday without seeing if it was ok with us.”

“One thing I was concerned about was the interlocking together and not have the water get into one of those grooves. I was not quite ready to make the transition.”

“N/A Exceeded expectations from start with sales rep Dave to being kept informed by Jen, to the professional crew. Awesome job and the final product looks amazing!”

“Michael was great.”

“I really don't know. Everything was perfect from start to finish.”

“We feel as though the left over materials should have been left on site. We have no idea how much of the materials we paid for were left over. We would like for all left over materials from the main house roof project to be left on site.”

“I never had a roof replaced before, but I am very happy with it. They did an excellent job.”

“I love the roof. Can't spend that kind of money. Sorry for wasting Michael's time. He's a great guy and explained everything to me.”

“Price would have to be at least 25% lower even though the product looks good”

“Thank you”

“The crew wasted a whole day waiting for the dumpster to be delivered. The workers came from R.I. every morning --with morning traffic through Boston they did not arrive until 10 A.M.--which is not their fault. Since the materials were here on sight the company should have their workers closer to the job. I don't know how that could be handled, but it would speed things up. Many people have mentioned how great the roof looks and I am happy also. Thanks for a great job. I am still waiting for the sign that I gave them permission to put in the yard. The dumpster was many hours late in coming which meant the crew lost a whole day .”

“Howard was very good and knowledgeable.”

“Salesman very pushy. Would not listen to what my wife and I had to say.”

“The dumpster was delivered two days before work started and removed before my garage had been stripped.I had to park on the street for two days for basically no reason, and then there was a large pile of debris in my driveway until a second dumpster was brought out.”

“I wanted to work with Interlock for my roofing project. I was informed there was no room for negotiation. My budget is for under $21,000.00”

“I am going to put solar on my roof I don't see spending all that money for something that will be covered up. I also liked standing seam more than tiles”

“Interlock Roofing fell short of my expectations due to regiments on roof leaks.”

“I have no complaints, this is the 3rd roof I have had done by Interlock and I am very happy with them and their crew.”

“Well, I stand corrected. First I want to apologize for the tone of my last email. I was anticipating a high pressure sales pitch. Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised with Michael. Although he presented a good argument of why and how Interlock was a good roof product, at no time did my wife or I feel pressured into buying your product.”

“would of considered but at cost being so high it just does not make sense, at 62 I will never get back my investment...”

“I was courteous and prompt in keeping Michael updated. The additonal cold call from interlock shortly after keeping Michael updated was the final decision to no further consider this company.”

“Over all good experience.”

“Definitely.”

“I was very hesitant and worried about the color not going well with my house and I am thrilled.”

“The installers could have done a Better job of communicating. The workmanship was not done to my satisfaction, they completed the job leaving my siding in disrepair and had to be called back to fix it. The crew did not clean up all the nails in the yard & driveway. I had to do it. My car got 2 nails in the tires. One employee was sleeping”

“The job site was generally cleaned at the end of the day. But far too much stuff was tossed off the roof into our planters with little regard. The area could and should have been scoured for a better final clean up. The roof itself is absolutely beautiful and I am very pleased with it.”

“Everyone was very nice. The owners we talked to (3) said very nice things about Interlock. We wanted to make it work but did not think the styles fit with our house.”

“Better communication with office. I had to call about start date. I did not receive emails initially. Some problems within office I believe. Excellent product so far. Great install crew.”

“Nothing at this time”

“Everything is good.”

“Really can't think of anyway Great experience. Only wish it was a little cheaper. But I appreciate the willingness to work with me to bring the price down as much as possible.”

“These people exceeded all my expectations. Professional, timely, quality-oriented company and crew. Highest recommendation without any reservations.”

“I think Interlock Roofing could have improved by letting us do some building improvements at the same time, but we were not allowed to.”

“The price was very expensive. Crew members were smoking on my property, the cleanup could have been more attentive to detail, also they never checked back to see if I was satisfied with adjustments. For the price that we paid for the roof the quality is not as expected.”

“There was a language barrier.”

“Na”

“When I first called, they told me some pricing on the regular shingles. Then, it turned out to be almost fives times more.”

“1. We've found lots of nails and small sharp scraps of aluminum all around the yard. 2. There was a mix-up on where we wanted snow guards--the hand-drawn sketch given to the crew had them install snow guards over a back door that is seldom used and not over the front door that is the regular entrance. We then had to pay extra to have more snow guards installed over the front door”

“Cannot think of anything as the project was done ahead of the original schedule”

“No real cons except we're small and stretching budget”

“Interlock Roofing is a fine company, just more expensive than I am able to afford for this type of product.”

“Make sure that you give a quote when you say you are going to give a quote.”

“They could be more careful. They worked off a second floor deck and it got scratched.”

“They could have communicated about existing conditions.”

“I would take it in a minute but we can't afford it.”

“I didn't go with Interlock Roofing because they were to expensive and no one really sees my roof anyways.”

“I think communication during the project was terrible- a lot of miscommunication. We were told one thing and the complete opposite happened. I think all employees need to be on the same page and the person relating the message to the customer should know exactly what is going on. It does not make me confident in the company when this was happening to me. While overall I am happy with the product- and am not thrilled with the customer service.”

“Communication on if the crew is coming day to day happen in the am rather than the night bedroom which would have been helpful.Crews should not open locked gates with dogs in the back yard and right on the highway We are very happy with the service and product”

“The sales presentation with Jonathan was good and he explained everything to me.”

“Martin was a very friendly, and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He answered my questions in detail. CLEMENTINA DICENSO”

“If the person that called me would have given me a ball park on the cost,I would not have wasted the sales reps time.”

“Will keep you advised on our progress.”

“Perfect in every way”

“The sales experience was fine.”

“I did not appreciate the salesman being condescending to the Asphalt Roofing Trade.”

“The salesperson was good, it was just going to cost too much money.”

“I would like for you to retrain your guys. Don't just sell something but it is good to present something and allow the customer to decide if they are going to proceed or not. I was asking questions and the guy was filling out the application. Present something, allow me to think about it, and then find out if I want to proceed or not. Don't force something on me; that turns me off.”

“No improvement needed”

“The salesperson was fine, but we've decided that we're not going with a metal roof.”

“There is nothing they could have improved, I thought they were great! I hope to get the advertisement sign back up.”

“I am sold on product but financially not able to make deal”

“The only thing that I was confused about was Dave said it would be in May because it was custom made and from Canada. Then 2 days later I received a call from Jennifer and she said the materials were in and they can start next week. I just hope it's the right material by what Dave said.”

“Thank you!”

“I have 2 small roofs,1 large roof.the man looked@ the large roof quotes a #, told me he couldn't do one small roof, then another quote on the other roof.what am I going to have 2 out of 3 roofs fone.do I look like mic key mouse”

“Dear Mike, I want to thank you and the Interlock Industries team for your attentive collaboration on installing an Interlock roof on my barn. I appreciate your investment in driving to my home to discuss the roof in person. It was critical to my understanding of the options and the quality of your product. After the contract was agreed to, Jennifer was diligent in keeping me informed of the progress of securing the materials, scheduling the installation, and arranging for the delivery and removal of the dumpster. The Install team worked efficiently to remove the existing roof materials and install the new ones. They were conscientious in removing waste materials and also cleaning up the materials that fell inside the barn during the nailing of the new roof material. I believe they accomplished their tasks in less than twenty-four hours. I know now from my own experience why my friends strongly recommended Interlock because they, too, had previously had such a positive experience. Needless to say, I am delighted today to receive the refund check for the cost of plywood that didn’t need to be installed. Thank you again for your customer service. Please share my positive comments with Jennifer and the install team.”

“Martin was very friendly and prompt and he explained everything. He is a great salesman.”

“You have a good product and everything but the pay back wouldn't be there because I'm to old. If I was 20-30 it would be a good pay back but I am 71 years old.”

“Michael was very helpful and I appreciated his time.”

“You will not make sales if you attempt to compare alleged quality to price--the comparison does not work in your favor.”

“Absolutely nothing.”

“David was fantastic. If we could do business with Interlock we would. Especially based on his professionalism and quality of service. The interest rate though made the project too far outside our price range to consider.”

“I have no suggestions here. None.”

“None—— they were great!not”

“Interlock Roofing could have improved on clean up. We still have the roof sign that they put out front. We moved it to the side of the house because we're not interested in advertising for them.”

“I would have liked less of a wait time but once the job was completed it was worth it for the quality product we received. The roof is excellent and all of the work was completed in 3 days which was very impressive. It improved the appearance of our home and it is awesome to know we won't have to worry about our roof ever again.”

“Clean up. found a lot of nails and debris in yard from project The men at the job were hard working but had language communication difficulties with Forman Also asked for some additional work and the company didn’t seem interested Some of my calls to Jennifer didn’t get call backs”

“They could have improved on their clean up during the project. There was some debris left, but in all fairness they were working when there was snow on the ground, so it probably fell into the snow banks.”

“The only thing I would change is to tell people how long the appointment will take. Thanks”

“David, was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. His email responses after our consultation were very prompt. I would recommend David and your product to anyone else I knew who was considering a metal roof.”

“Better communication and installers with pride in there work I found out after the roof was installed the membrane they installed is only good for 15 years and I could have bought one for 25 years. Very disappointed with the whole process”

“Interlock Roofing could have improved on their communication. I would like to recommend having at least one person that speaks English on site. The crew that was at our house spoke very little English, so it was difficult to communicate with them. The crew really was excellent. They were here in cold weather the week of Christmas. No one was home and I applaud them on being very professional.”

“even though we were pleased with cleanup effort we still find occasionally a piece of metal. Come the spring I would except to fine more debris but we are still extremely pleased with the crew and the outcome. Pricing was very fair and was cheaper than some competitors.”

“N/A”

“We wete happy with all aspects of the job.”

“I like the product but the staff I did not have a good experience with.”

“Mike was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with.”

“Better communication overall, especially by email (so many phone calls these days are crooks and scammers that I tend to ignore the phone). And it would be good to have one person on the job at all times who can communicate clearly in English. That last day nobody could remember where they had left the bird feeder that had been hanging in front, and I wasn't sure I was getting though to them what was missing. We just got lucky that as I was watching them scroll through the photos on their digital camera to look for it, I noticed where it was hanging with my mermaid windsock on the big oak in the front yard.”

“The price he gave me of $24k was way too high for the roof. I could build a shed with a roof for that much.”

“Sales approach was aimed at convincing the wife”

“Thank you and I appreciate your time”

“I was trying to get a couple of questions answered and I was supposed to talk to some other manager in the office that was traveling to Canada and was supposed to come and and I was never able to get in contact with that person for a second opinion.”

“Michael was very helpful in making me understand everything I need to know about your product and my challenges ahead.”

“I still have to decide other things before making this decision.”

“Just because of the cost, that is why I have to say no for now.”

“We met them two weeks ago at a Home Show. They said that it would be twice as much as a regular roof, but when they got out here they quoted me for a price that was 4 times as much as what they said. Price is a big factor. When they told me it was going to be twice as much, that was misleading. It was 4 times as much.”

“If Interlock Roofing would like to contact me to create a roof that would be fine. I am comfortable with the quality and comfortable with Michael. They are considerably higher than other roofs. They are a certain type of roof so you can not compare apples to apples. You can not go into bankruptcy. The goal is to put a roof on a house. They can be at least competitive even if it is a different kind of roof. It is still just a roof.”

“From what I can tell on paper they make a great product, Michael was very knowledgeable, but the price was just to much for a roof.”

“If I buy a metal roof, I'll only be buying through Interlock Roofing.”

“Communication after the job was a bit lacking, when we had a couple of questions about signage left out front. Everything leading up to the project was perfect! We love the look and quality of our new roof. Your process was exceptional, and your staff great to deal with. The job was completed a month ahead of schedule and took half the time that we were expecting. We hope to never have to use the warranty, but should we have to, I’m confident that we will be taken care of. Great job!”

“I love the roof. We have had downpours and high winds and the roof held up great.”

“Although there was a brief communication problem the start of the job, I made a phone call and the issue I was having was resolved very quickly with no further issues and was very pleased w/ the handling and how Interlock stayed in touch w/ me to make sure if there were any other issues or concerns I was very pleased w/ the pride they took in wanting to assure me that there commitment and there word was what was they stood by, and they did. Shocking in todays world that for the first time an honerest company who takes pride in there work, and Interlock doesn't even accept final payment unless you are completely satisfied and have gone over every thing w/ a represenitive at the end of the job.”

“Have to determine my siding project to coordinate with the roofing project”

“We understand it's a good product, but unfortunately the cost is not in our realm of possibilities right now.”

“They do excellent work.”

“The lifetime guarantee is great, having the income to do so ultimately affects my decision. I could put on a roof with a thirty year warranty for a lot less money. If and when I am able to the amount of money that comes in depends on if I am going to spend $10,000 or $25,000.Michael is very experienced, knowledgeable and attentive. He understood where I am coming from financially. I appreciate Michael following up with me and not pressuring me. Michael understands that if and when I am ready I will contact with my decision.”

“There were a number of small glitches from the office (eg, error in amount owed, not contacted until after the team had arrived) which were all corrected immediately when I called. We are very pleased with our new roof and await the test of its first New Hampshire winter!”

“The roof is wonderful. It is beautiful.”

“We are completely satisfied with all aspects of dealing with everyone at Interlock Roofing that in my opinion there no need for improvement. Keep doing what you are doing When everything was set up we were given a start date of10/26 but were told if the materials came in early they could possibly start early. Much to our surprise the materials came in and they scheduled and completed the job nearly 1 1/2 months early. The crew was very prompt and professional and left the site clean upon completion.”

“Not sure if it was the crew, but a nail was found in my tire. It looked as if they had cleaned up nicely after the job was done, but I had to change my tire due to the stray nail. I would recommend doing a quick sweep of the road; considering our house is on a main street with no front yard. The crew was very respectful and hard-working! I'm not even sure if the nail was from the roofing, just wanted to include that as a tip.”

“It would be nice to have a toilet on site for work crew.”

“They need to be aware that they have to take responsibility for the customers home and belongings. They could have improved on their customer service and they could have come more prepared. They kept calling wanting to start the project over and over but I could not let them start until my chimneys were done. They need to be prepared when they come to do a job.”

“Michael was great!”

“At the start of a project, the ceiling of homes should be looked at before the work is done. We have an exposed beam ceiling with original wood exposed. After the roof was placed on the front of the roof, nails were showing throughout our ceiling in the living room. This was resolved with professionalism but would have been less headaches for all if the company looked at what homeowners have in their homes before roofing is installed to avoid these issues. Please recognize the local roofing contractor. He really knows what he is doing.”

“The expense was too high for our project”

“Still have not been provided with addresses of local installations that I could view.”

“I'd like a follow-up call.”

“The only problem we had was the language barrier with the installation crew. Only one of them spoke English and it was very broken. I had a problem with investing so much money into something and not being able to ask question and someone understand me. They did a great job. The crew was organized and worked well together as a team. They completed the project in less then 3 days and I thought that was amazing.”

“The one area would be I wanted to have more than two extra fasteners because where I live, there is a lot of wind. For some reason even though it was in the contract the extra fastener was omitted. This was unfortunate, but Michael did call me and apologized and put it in there if ever something happens in the future they will fix it. He was excellent. We are happy, with the product.”

“After telling sales rep we wanted to cancel our order he did not cancel order as he was sure if he knocked if a couple of hundred dollars we would change our mind therefore our check was deposited and took multiple phone calls and e mails and several weeks to get that returned. That is in excusable ! However considering the use of high pressure sales techniques I'm not surprised just disappointed. Will not deal with this company again.”

“Being more aware of where they are throwing things while installing. We had three window screens with small tears. We feel that the final inspection should have been done within a week at the latest of final day of install. Still waiting! Two weeks is too long to us.”

“Everything went as planned. The only thing that I noticed after they left was that one of the screens on my window got hit with roofing material and was ripped.”

“I can only speak from my experience with Interlock, but their communication, follow-up, installation, and quality have exceeded my expectations of any contractor. My roof is absolutely gorgeous and the talk of the neighborhood.”

“They could have better communication about when they would not be there because of the weather. Sometime I would get a call at 8, sometimes at 10.”

“The product was good but the pricing would not work for us so we decided to go with another vendor.”

“Everything was perfect. I am very satisfied. It looks beautiful and the crew was excellent”

“The only thing I would have liked was to have the dumpster an extra day to throw out more stuff.”

“Communication - between Larry Ebbs, Inside Sales and Production folks. Negatives - 1. Larry was certain that I had one layer of roofing - this was incorrect.”

“Good quality product, long term warranty and product life exceed our lifespan. 3x or 4x price too far to bridge practicality.”

“1.) Our sales rep told us he was going to give us a deal, even though it would cut into his commission. That rubbed us wrong.2.) He seemed to have come to the appointment with the impression that we were going to sign right away, and seemed angry when we told him we were going to have 3 quotes no matter what.3.) He showed us all his contracts and said that if he had to come back, he'd be losing a slot that another prospective customer could take.4.) He took pictures of our property (that didn't have anything to do with our roof) and surrounding properties, which felt weird. One of the pictures was obviously through the bushes.5.) His presentation wasn't polished. He showed us pictures of papers from what appeared to be a training or flier instead of having put together something in a PowerPoint.6.) When we asked questions regarding holding the proper licensing to pull permits and the proper insurance, he acted as if that went without saying. It made us feel as if our question was a stupid one.7.) He spent a lot of time telling us about why we didn't want an asphalt roof when we stated explicitly that we weren't interested in an asphalt roof. It's as if he wasn't really listening to us.8.) He told us he doesn't like evening appointments (which ours was) because families with small children (which we are) tend to be too sidetracked by their children to have a good discussion.9.) He spent an inordinate amount of time browsing through his pictures instead of having a few quality pictures to show from the beginning.10.) He showed us a price, which he then knocked down continuously throughout the time he was there. Finally saying that if Classic (another company that we were getting a quote from) provided us with a lower quote, to call him and he'd see what he could do about dropping the price more. Seriously, we know his job is to make his company money, but this just felt slimy.”

“I did not like the pressure to buy. This is a huge commitment for a single mother , single income, I know my limits with my budget and now is not the right time. Financing was attractive but in the long run with finance charges the roof would end up costing me quite a bit more. Mr. Brown changed his whole demeanor when I told him I wasn't ready to purchase "right now". He put a face on like I killed his puppy-- very unprofessional, as well as his overall somewhat disheveled appearance. I am still considering to purchase your product but not by financing it.”

“good job nice job”

“We are waiting to see if things work out and we may be able to afford it.”

“I could speak to another company representative and discuss the pricing aspect of it. I am really reached out at this point. I do not have a lot of faith because of the price aspect. I am interested in the commute with the price aspect with someone.”

“Check back with me in about 3 months if you have not heard back from me”

“I want to know when they are going to come pick up the sign.”

“Larry was very knowledgeable.”

“a) there was some damage to trim along the edges at the gable ends of the roof, caused by nails protruding through the recently painted crown moulding, and some separation of a moulding bead from fascia board.b) I did not learn that it wouldn't be possible for the metal roof to be installed on the much flatter roof section over porch room at rear of the house, due to the pitch. I don't think this was covered during the initial visit.c) the plastic protection affixed to the power lines filled with water at the first rain after completion. Future applications should ensure that the protection is open at the bottom.d) it would be helpful if Interlock would discuss the potential for cost overrun due to existing damage or problems in advance - even though this is printed on the agreement, it was disappointing to get a phone call about a price increase after the job had begun n/a”

“Very disappointed. Still don't know if product would resolve our roofing issues.”

“They could have improve on the clean up and the fact that they threw it under the porch.”

“an agent at my Credit Union indicated that she needed a new roof. I told her about Interlock. I also left information with another friend. Nothing I can think of I love the look of this roof. I love how nothing sticks or "grows" on it ....even the squirrels have a problem running on it!”

“I am very happy with it.”

“Have not met Mr Koch Larry Ebbs was my representative”

“If I can find a friend that has money and can afford Interlock then I will. Very good product They could have improved by SPEAKING ENGLISH. I can't say that enough. When dealing with a homeowner who doesn't speak Spanish, it doesn't help. That would be my biggest, and a little more attentiveness to people's property as far as decks. They scratched mine up a little bit, but they did try and fix it”

“None. Everything was excellent. I'm very satisfied. Thank you! I've received many complements from neighbors, friends, and passersby. My carpenters who've worked on my house for the past 23 years were extremely impressed.”

“It is great that you produce a quality product in North America.”

“The salesman was very pushy and after almost 2 hours I had to tell him I didn't mean to be rude, but I needed to get ready for bed.”

“Communicating much earlier if their plans to come back change. Very happy with the quality of the work and the care they took.”

“The product is great but I can't afford it and that make me upset.”

“Larry was great! I just chose a less expensive alternative.”

“The people were very courteous and the product is great. the people there were very professional and polite. We were happy with everything.”

“yhey could have sent an itemized bill for extra work. very dissapointed in the way they handled pricing. my name is Anton Mayer jobs hill road ellington ct. not at all happy with the way the extra work pricing was handled, the only company i have ever dealt with that would not itemize the cost of additional work. my own fault for not insisting on costs ahead of work done.”

“WOULD HAVE WANTED TO KNOW CREDIT. CARDS ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR THE FINAL PAYMENT. Look forward to it lasting 50 years!”

“We could not be happier with our new roof. It is beautiful and the dark grey slate look we choose perfectly complements our 177 year old home.”

“Very happy so far”

“The person that came was very nice, knew what he was talking about, and helpful. We thank him for that. We just need to consider a few things before we move forward with the project.”

“They could have improved on estimating the material.”

“The salesman was a little snarky. It was a Sunday and I don't think he felt like working. Not that he was rude, but it was more of a feeling.”

“Thanks for showing us the product”

“My salesman spent the first 1/2 hr telling us what was wrong with everyone else's product instead of how good his is. When I asked how long his offer was good for he asked to use my bathroom indicating I had a couple minutes. Really??”

“They were exactly what I thought. I knew they were right there at the top and they pretty much are.”

“Communications. From start to finish all the players need to know what was agreed on. Initially, they didn't have enough English speaking people, but sent someone out. They need a bi-lingual spokes person.”

“nothing”

“Hoping the insurance says yes to the company.”

“The sales rep was thorough, honest and had a good product. Unfortunately, it was a little bit out of our price range.”

“If they were in my monetary range I would hire them in a heartbeat. My wife and I loved the product.”

“Interlock Roofing did an excellent job.”

“I was very disappointed with the salesperson. We explained to him we are in the process of either staying here or moving. If we were staying, we would be interested in the roof, but if we were moving, we would either not be replacing the roof or we would go with a more standard version. He didn't seem to promote the product at all. I asked a ton of questions and there was no information given, just a price. It may be a good product, but the sales person did not represent the company or the product well.”

“Homeowner was short with me and did not want to speak to me at first. I was able to ask the open ended questions and got the reason why he was defensive. They are putting a hold on the project. Currently, homeowner feels they do not need a new roof just yet. He was satisfied with sales presentation but right now is not the time to move forward.”

“Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and did what he needed to do to try and sell the project. He was a total gentleman and I felt very comfortable with him.”

“The experience with the entire Interlock team was a pleasure. First having Mike come out to give an estimate and his patience with making a decision, to scheduling and other matters with Jennifer in the office and finally, Igor and his crew. Igor and his crew worked really hard; their workmanship was more like craftsmanship. They were very respectful and treated our home and property like it was their own. When they completed the job, you did not know they were even there, except for the beautiful new roof. The new roof started earning its keep the day after it was finished due to a bad rainstorm. Throughout this winter, we were amazed that once the snow had fallen off the roof, we were the only home in the neighborhood to have no snow or ice. Our advice to any homeowner is to take the leap and get an Interlock roof, you will not regret it.”

“We are moving forward with the decision.”

“There was no problems. Everything was good. It was just way more money than what I was expecting to pay, so I'm trying to figure out how to do that.”

“I absolutely hated my experience with Interlock. I hate when a salesman lies to me and it I found at least 5-6 flat-out lies. When you use those lies as a case for 15% higher pricing, that's just loathsome.Note - none of this is on Larry Ebbs. It's all on Bob from Seattle.”

“I had this estimate done on a whim, but I absolutely loved the product! It was a really difficult choice!”

“Yes, but I would tell them to keep on top of communication. Not everyone spoke in English, which is fine, but the people at the top should be a little more versed. Their communication.”

“Interlock installers were great to deal with. They completed the job in half the time that was quoted. The one minor discrepancy I found two months after installation was fixed by an Interlock representative less than twelve hours after reporting it. The higher cost of an interlock roof has been worth every penny and I’m not even through my first winter yet.”

“Need someone on site to speak at least some English and able to communicate concerns with project more efficiently”

“We have had significant damage due to water leaks inside our house over the past 5-6 years. The reasons behind these leaks were ice dams and icicles. Our house is facing north. It gets minimum or no direct sun exposure most winter months. Repairs were costly.”

“The salesperson was pretty good but he didn't get right to the point about how much it was going to cost. Once he told me the price, it was way to high. When he called back to see if we were going to pursue the job he acted pissed because the price was to high.”

“We had a great experience with Dave, I couldn't rave anymore about him.”

“Larry was very friendly, very knowledgable, and worked very hard to come up with a price that I could afford.”

“I would consider still using this company if they lowered the price. We love the product, but are concerned with price.”

“There were a couple of issues that I addressed to the installer about the drip edge. The installer told me that that was just the way it is. Someone else came down a few days later from Interlock Roofing and I told him about it. He took care of it right away. I had a very positive experience. I wish I had known it was so noisy, but that is fine.”

“Installation process, much room for improvement. The first crew that was on my job change the start date 5 times for various reasons. I was not notified of some of the date changes. Finally, I was called and told they had to give the job to a different crew. That crew showed up on the date and completed the job in a timely manner. The only complaint I have is that one of the men asked my daughter for payment and wanted her to do a walk around the house even though it was dark and she couldn't see. She was upset and called me at work. I would suggest that the crew foreman have all the information regarding method of payment in order to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I was also told by the representative that I could get a discount on my homeowner insurance which was not true. My insurance company had no knowledge of such a discount. He should consider excluding that from his presentation or rephrase the statement. All in all, I would refer Interlock Roofing to my family and friends. I think it was unprofessional to have to change crews after the homeowner has met with them and discussed start time and materials was delivered. The customer need to be able to communicate with the members of the crew.”

“None We love the roof, looks great”

“Expensive but quality was good. My son had the same installation done at his house across the street and they left a mess over there so i say that i got the best crew.”

“Very please would and recommend this product”

“snow now slides off our roof in deluges above all four doors”

“A very positive experience all of the way around. THe roof, so far, is working to our best case expectations as far as shedding snow and avoiding ice dams.”

“None.”

“They need to improve on their internal process of communications. I contacted, Mark, the CEO in Vancouver, and told him about these problems. It took 10 weeks to get a quote from this company and finally by my own efforts I got it. Jenn, couldn't do anything. I finally got in touch with Dena, in sales and she did a good job. Interlock Roofing has a great product but they need to get this issue corrected. Interlock Roofing has a great product but you need to get your staff together and get this communication thing straightened out.”

“They could have improved in having the salesperson and foreman have a sit down so they are not disconnected and have the same information. Also, they should have workers that understand and comprehend English.”

“We're happy with it. We haven't found any leaks.”

“Roof installed in late October of 2015. Start to finish a good experience. Jennifer was a big help keeping me informed of scheduling. The crew was really good (Sergi, Dimitry and the guys) and worked 9-5 without missing a beat. So far we're very happy with the experience.”

“Better clean up when job is done”

“Better communication to establish dates. Many phone calls went unreturned.”

“The sales approach was a bit of a turn off. Mike was very helpful and informative but I felt like I was buying a car.”

“none, they did a great job we a very happy with the look of our new roof. Thanks to everyone at Interlock”

“Love your product but I thought it was a bit pricey. If I am able to do this project in the near future I will definitely go with your company”

“They should do an inspection at the end, that way they see and know what is going on up there.”

“I am completely satisfied. I can't think of anything that they could have improved on. I am 100% satisfied.”

“We built our house in 2001. Had I realized Interlocking Roofing was available at that time, I would have gone with Interlock Roofing from the beginning. If I had, would not have been looking now to replace the roof.”

“After we experienced a problem with our initial salesman, Dave and the staff were exceptional in resolving the issue. We are more than satisfied with our experience.”

“The salesperson was nice, presented everything clearly, and was not pushy.”

“better updates at the beginning. we received a call saying they would be here with materials and to start the job,The materials were delivered and the men left without saying anything.it took several calls to find out where they went.Work did not start for 2 or 3 days after that”

“Larry's personality changed from friendly to cold & almost angry when I told him I had other companies to meet with before I made any decision on my roofing job. He couldn't leave quick enough after that.”

“see 8”

“I first found out about Interlock metal roofs when I visited one of our customer's homes and noticed the gorgeous roof. The roof was installed about 2 months ago and it looks AWESOME!! I am very happy with the decision to spend the extra money for a high quality product.”

“Larry was a great guy. I know that its not up to him, but it was the pressure that was the turn off and it raised red flags.”

“Dave Harrison was great!”

“Clean up all of the little shards and pieces of aluminum shingles that were trimmed. We are detecting a slight decrease in the strength of our cell phone signal. We had asked Ed about this and he said that the roof would not interfere with our reception, but it appears to have affected it. We were lead to believe that we could use our credit card for the entire price of the job. However when we spoke with Deana and read our contract we discovered that it had an asterisk and very fine print about the fact that use of the card was limited to the deposit.”

“I think Interlock Roofing should have workers who speak better English.”

“You have a very high quality product but the cost are much too high”

“We thought it was a quality product and would have gone with it, but it was so cost prohibitive.”

“Clean up better by using tarps. Use people who speak English so that communication is easier. I was told by the salesperson that everyone was American and not subcontractors, but that was not the case.”

“They did not explain that there was going to be limitations of the roof after they were done. No one can not do any work on the roof while standing on it. This could cost us a lot money. We were not given all the information. This was a very expensive roof and I was expecting more of a follow up. I hope they can resolve my issues.”

“I don't think there is anything they could have improved on. Everything went smoothly and I am happy”

“1- the last phase of the job (from 95% done to 100% done) there was delays, I believe the crew started a job elsewhere....It would have been optimal to complete the work 100% without unnecessary delays2- having at least one crew member who is proficient in English on site, at all times, is optimal Superb looking roof. We have to wait for its functionality. Outstanding company and staff. I will be recommending it every where I go”

“I was not able to communicate with the installation crew. Also, I would have liked some extra materials for future problems. The biggest issue with Interlock Roofing is communication. I had to get a friend of mine who speaks Spanish to come over and communicate with the crew. My father was in the construction business forever. Some of the quality of work isn't the greatest. I would rate some of the work as a 2 on a scale of 0 to 4.”

“I did not like the high pressure sales pitch. Starting out at an inflated price and reducing it down substantially in a span of 5 minutes ( "Sign now, today only") . My reaction was: am I buying an used car here? Reality is, that a typical family cannot commit to laying out $24K on an impulse. Coming up with that kind of cash would require some budgeting, perhaps a refinance, or home equity loan. I feel that metal roofing in general is priced on "what the market will bear", the high price not justified by the material and install cost . your current pricing model limits your market to the wealthy, who have this kind of cash laying around.”

“I would have selected Interlock if it was actually 2 to 3 times the cost of an asphalt roof. From my perspective, the labor cost must be out of line for our region. The quote for a slate roof was less than Interlock in our area.”

“We did not end up using Interlock Roofing. It (the sales pitch?) was very good believe me, but my wife wanted specifics. Your representative did a very good job. If it was up to me, I would've bought his product right away. I just happened to be married to someone who doesn't buy into new stuff.”

“Minor detail, although I gave the cell # of the general contractor to interact with, I continued to be called regarding logistics. Thank you for working WITH me!”

“please remove us from your mailing list”

“The people that installed the roof were so nice, they worked worked worked, I was amazed with how they did things. I'm thrilled with the whole thing. I love the looks of the roof so far. I'm very satisfied. I'm very pleased with how they did it and how it ended up looking. I'm extremely satisfied with the whole thing. I'm very glad I had it done by Interlock Roofing”

“I wasn't happy with the financing. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to swing it because the interest rate changed from what was given to me over the phone (which was 10.8) to what was on paper (12+ %) The interest rate was high and I felt pressured. I didn't like the pressure. They should send the paperwork with communication regarding the interest rate instead of the way it happened.”

“I am not satisfied with the whole experience.”

“Not a thing. It was a great experience, and I was extremely satisfied!! No.”

“Ed Owen gave a great presentation. He drove way out of his way to come see us, and was not pushy at all. We loved the roofing so much but could not afford it unfortunately.”

“I think its too early to tell, but I don't see any room for improvements at present time. I want somebody to come back and fix a leak from the gutter system that's pouring into the roof below. I think its because of the ladders that were leaning against the roof.”

“English speaking workers returned my call about the poor quality workmenship Better workmenship workers only tried to fix the problems after I threatened not to sign there paperwork as a matter of fact they did not fill out your checklist I still have it it says if it is not filled out they do not get paid so much for expecting someone else to care about my home I'll know better next time”

“Ed was great, he was back and forth with me for 2 days. Also the price was awesome especially compared to other companies.”

“I like your product.”

“I think Interlock roofing has a great product. That was never a question for us. However, when the sales guy you are dealing with keeps bringing up his monthly bonus/sales trip and if he makes a deal with me and can go, that's a problem. My feeling is, if you can give me a price today, that same price will be good 6 months from now. I really did not appreciate the sales pressure.”

“There was some initial confusion over the one or two nails per shingle, but it was quickly resolved. This whole job was very well organized, i.e., delivery of container followed by materials and installation. The crew was very hard working and friendly. Our roof looks great and we've noticed that our upstairs room tends to be cooler than it was with asphalt shingles.”

“I found a some nails and screws left on yhe property. Nothing much, just a few.”

“Thank you for the time and energy spend on the product presentation and consultation.”

“The cost was way to high. The woman on the phone when I called said it was 1-1&1/2 times more then an average roof cost. To do my roof in tree tap. Is about 7K for a 12sq he came back at 44K that's a tad bit more then 1-1&1/2 times. Too bad it seems like a good product but not 40K worth.”

“Keep the work site cleaner during the install process.”

“They did a great job. I would give them the top starts across the board.”

“Michael did a very nice job explaining the process to us.”

“Sorry that it took so long for us to do this survey, We must have misplaced this postcard...The Interlock company was so professional from our initial contact with Jeff to all the staff at the office. We are so satisfied with every aspect of this company and our new roof is absolutely beautiful!!! Thank you so much!!The Brennan's”

“It could be cheaper and use different technology.”

“The work crew made a good effort to clean up at completion, but I have found, and occasionally find more nails in the perimeter. This is significant since the drive way goes around the house and is close to the house and roof edge. I would recommend a follow up sweep of the area with a magnetic sweeper.”

“The product appears to meet or beat what one would expect from a roof. however the pricing makes it impractical and unaffordable for home owners.”

“All is good.”

“It is great that you offer financing. It is still too much debt for us to add to our bills.”

“the placment of the dumpster was not where I wanted.”

“I think they can improve on their communication. When someone was expected at my home at 9:00am, I got a call at 9:30am to say no one was coming.”

“It was so expensive. It was more expensive than our property and to build our house.”

“It would have been great if there was at least one person that was able to communicate in English on the site at all times. Also, it would have been great if the the person that did the checklist at the end of the job spoke fluent English. Jeff was great and I have been going back and forth with him, but I still have not received some information.”

“They broke the dish to my internet, when they were on the roof. I had to have it fixed myself.”

“I do not think they fell short. They all worked very well.”

“Was told the roof was sturdy enough to walk on. I asked specifically because I go on the roof to clean my chimney. Was told absolutely sturdy enough. Yet when the installers kneeled on it while working it dented. Very noticeable.”

“Nothing needed to improve. Everything was well ahead of schedule and the job perfect. The crew was so friendly and professional. Thanks, also, to Jennifer Simons. She was the anchor, keeping me updated all along the way.”

“I decided to go with an asphalt roofer instead.”

“They were so professional ! We are so pleased with the quality of work and materials. We wish we chose them years ago instead of other companies who didn't do the job right. First time in years our roof hasn't leaked after it was fixed. We had it done many times! This company couldn't be any better! We tell everyone how wonderful they are. I would be a very proud owner of my employees and the salesman Larry Ebbs and Igor as well as Dina and others on the crew. Thank you ! Thank You , Thank You, Thank You, Igor made our house pretty again!”

“Larry was knowledgeable and courteous. We will get a new roof with interlock once this one wears out.”

“Communication was poor and I was lied to on who would be coming the first day. The installer was knowledgeable and did a good job yet never committed as to when he'd be returning and never let me know before leaving each day. This was my second installation of interlock roofing. The first install was much better overall. I'm still picking up nails and metal shards from my yard and crushed stone driveway. The first day when my old roof was removed, an ornimental tree way broke in half and the installer knew yet never told me he was responsible for it which is very unprofessional for the amount of money I've spent. I was told to submit 3 estimates which is a lot to ask for their error. I choose not to prospective this because the damage was done the first day when the wrong person was sent even though I said I'd wait for the one I requested and didn't feel he should've been liable.”

“Perhaps have the sales manager visit the job sit while work is in progress Have had nothing but great comments from people ,neighbors, strangers all is good .”

“They were quick and effective. I will use them again.”

“Michael is great and was knowledgeable about the roofing issue. We just need to seem to come together on the price or how we're going to do the project. He didn't get much into the financing though and I may need more information on that to consider it further.”

“WE ALREADY HAVE DONE SO; LEAVING THE SIGNAGE IN PLACE WELL AFTER THE AGREED UPON TIME SCHEDULE. PRE-SITE VISIST BY LICENSED PROFFESSIONALS COULD HAVE ELIMANTED ALL THE DELAYS IN INSTALLATION. WORK CREW WAS NOT COMMUNICATING WITH SUPERVISORS SUFFICIENTLY. PLEASE SEND OUT A QA / QC REP TO LOOK OVER THE JOB; THERE ARE SOME QUESTIONS & CONCERNS...THNX!”

“I think the salesperson could be a little more specific when talking with the customer.”

“The could have presented damage better. There wasn't a lot but there was some that could have been prevented by setting up the damage proof material quicker than starting the demolition.”

“If you can come up with a reasonable price that would be good. They are 4 or 5 times more expensive than other companies. He gave me 3 different quotes and kept lowering it with each quote if we signed right now. A company like that should not be in business. It is unfair.”

“Received call that dumpster would be delivered but not construction materials and product was put in second driveway and I preferred in the first driveway. Installers were very professional and hard workers. Only comment about installers was command of the English language was very limited and no one else from the office communicated throughout the 5 day installation.”

“Thank you for visiting and providing quotations and homes we can view with the Interlock Roofing system installed”

“Communication amongst the crew foreman and me being the homeowner, and better scheduling with the weather.”

“I would say the only thing was that most of their crew didn't speak very good English.”

“Everything was great. I would've gone with them, but if you want people to buy your roof, your interest rate is ridiculous. The salesman was a great guy and the company gave me a discount, but I couldn't see paying a 12.9% interest rate for 15 years. That's something you should work on or you would have had me.”

“I appreciated that the salesman was not pushy. It was just above our income level to do it.”

“Placement of materials: On the contract sheet, it stated materials would be located on the driveway but I was told or led to understand by the salesman just prior to signing that they would be placed on a palate on my lawn to the right or left of my driveway. They were instead placed right in front of my garage doors so I had no ingress/egress through my garage for eleven days. One thing verbally intimated while another written down, and of course the written instruction prevailed. Should have been clearer about this, especially with a small driveway. Also I could have used a reminder to run an electrical cord out the window in the phone call I got the day before the first day of installation. I'm preoccupied (like everybody else) and that would have helped.”

“I would recommend the company, but I would have questions with the installation crew. Anyone from Interlock Roofing can call me at any time, and I will tell them the same thing. I am getting upset about how long it is taking to fix the damage they did. I hope someone higher up in the chain will read this survey so that I can get my issues resolved. I can be reached 24/7 on my cell phone: 978-875-0349.”

“Communication. When my job got started and then stalled, nearly a week went by with no contact from the contractor on the job or the office..... The girls in the office either had no idea that no work was getting done on my job, or they were misinformed - I was promised call backs that never happened.bottom line, communication - I want to know what is going on with my project and who is going to be at my property and when. I am still missing photos of the IB portion of my roof that the last crew took on the final day. I have asked for them at least twice via email - and haven't gotten them yet, its been nearly a month.”

“Communication. The sales person, who originally came out to sell the product was never seen again. Good customer service would have him come back, collect the last check, once we were able to review the roof and our potential concerns, if any, and receive feed back on the quality of workmanship that he is promoting and selling.”

“It has been a year since I had my Interlock roof installed and I have meant to write this letter. I am glad I waited because I discovered additional advantages to the roof system by Interlock. I initially was impressed by the planning. Mr. Baldassari explained the roof, brought samples, how it would be installed on my house and interface with existing gutters. He also provided local addresses of Interlock roofs that I could view which was very helpful. During the planning process, he recommended changes I may not have thought of but would eliminate future costs and problems.”

“I thought the guy was very good, took the time and explained everything, but it's just that the price is high.”

“After they dropped of the materials they did not show up for two days. It would have been nice to have known what was going on. We were told they would come at 9 AM the next day, but they did not show up. They should have told us that they were not coming. That was the only problem that I had.”

“A little more advanced noticed on when materials was arriving. I got two days notice. This is the second roof with them. We were happy the first time and this time. If we had to get a third roof we would definitely use them again.”

“The only issue I ran into I was that I wanted the snow guards above the door. We had a snowstorm during the roof installation and I realized it was causing more of a hazard than help. I asked them to remove it and they only did the back of the house and it took too long so I changed my mind. I did not realize how much it involved to take it off. They did not charge me for it and I am happy with that. Maybe I could've educated myself about it before because it caused the back up.”

“The original estimate was based on assumptions made by the contractor. I am still waiting on the final invoice.”

“I feel they could have improved on the clean up. I found nails and debris in my gutter and I had to take them apart and clean them.”

“They were recommended to us by our god daughter. It was so expensive so hopefully it will work. They give a lifetime warranty.”

“We were not happy with the financial plan. We felt that it was not adequately planned. We agreed to a plan that was to expensive and long for our age. It was going to take 20 years. I think the language barrier from the crew needs to be better. They need to make sure the crew speaks English.”

“It was really hard to communicate with the crew because they spoke Spanish and it was hard to coordinate with them.”

“Having a crew person who speaks English fluently would have been very helpful. Now that the roof is completed, it would be nice to discuss further details with someone who is knowledgeable about the product (and speaks fluent English) because some of the issues that I presented at the time of sale could have been avoided. As it stands, we have a quality roof with minor imperfections that could have been avoided. This past week we have had a lot of rain and did some further inspection in the attic to verify no leaks (there were none), but we saw some concerns of the way the ridge caps were nailed, i.e., it appears that some were nailed only through the roofing paper and not necessarily through the plywood.”

“They don't have many workers and the material is pretty heavy. It's a pretty hard job.”

“To expensive”

“Site cleanup. Some materials (nails, metal, trash) were missed and left on the lawn or around the yard.”

“The only thing that we would have preferred is that we got a copy of the quote and information, even though we did not think we would be doing the roof at this time. Also, the time frame for deciding on doing the roof seems too short. We had the rep come because we wanted more information as we are interested in the somewhat near future having this done, but did not know this would make us lose a discount if we chose not to do it _right now_.”

“The staff who came to do the work were not very communicative. The only discussion was if I asked any questions and the answers were very short and non-detailed. This may be due to English not being a first language, or just not normally working with the customers. The sign supplied could be made to handle wind better. Each wind storm (even small ones) that blows through flattens the sign. The frame remains standing, but the sign falls out of the brackets. Thankfully the kids next door seem to like fixing it for us.”

“Making sure from the beginning that it is clean. We have children that run around, and we were concerned about that. Once we told them about that, they had someone out here cleaning it. They did not put snow guards on part of our roof that should of had them. They did come out and put extra on there. That should of been part of the initial survey of the house.”

“Timeliness of the install job would be the primary concern. In September I was told the install would be completed before winter began (early to mid-December) and instead the roof was not started until March.”

“None Thank you so much for the gift card which was given because of the work schedule delay.”

“Well it was the date of the scheduling other than that once they got here it was a whirlwind. We still have the yard sign.”

“The installation crew, lacked in cleanliness and they didn't speak English. The one that was in charge, didn't show up on second day.”

“The price was too high ($12,000 too high), the sales pressure was too great (it felt like a used car lot), and the square footage was inaccurate, which might be the reason the price was too high.”

“The estimated projected start time was not met. However, we were informed about it several weeks in advance. When the project was finally started, we were called the morning of to say they would be to our location in a few hours. I would have preferred more notice. However, the workmanship, and quality of the installation was wonderful. The site was constantly kept clean during the entire installation. They performed with the utmost care on our property.”

“To answer #13 fairly. I received a call Friday am @ work, asking if they could schedule a dumpster delivery & possibly start work. When I came home that evening 1/2 to 3/4 of the roof was completed. My wife had received a message too from the install crew (broken english-hard to understand). Unfortunately, we did not have time to prepare our dogs, who were inside going nuts all day! Very quick, super happy about that. It just came as a surprise if not abrupt. But, the bottom line it was done quickly & a lovely product. I wish the work crew spoke better English, there work was great, however, I did have to mention that some trash had blown into the woods (windy conditions)& that I had picked up nails in the driveway on the Saturday morning. Sharp looking roof!”

“Informed it would be 6-8 weeks delivery. A total of 6 month wait time. This was the 1st winter we had no snow in January. The arrival of supplies was day of blizzard in Feb. They worked very diligently and hard because they had to shovel roof off during 2 snow storms. I felt very sorry for this awful inconvenience to them working in such awful weather. They were great workers and very prof. A wait time of 6 months was our only complaint.”

“Overall, everything was good.”

“During installation there are a lot of small metal shards littering the yard. They were in the bushes, flowers, on our deck, and in the grass. I even found some on the driveway and could of easily punctured a tire. The only time they were cleaned up was at the end instead of every day. We have dogs and they were at rick of cutting their paws during the entire installation. They should have covered bushes and should have tried harder to ensure a safer environment during installation.”

“Prior to the snowstorm this past Sunday/Monday, we were recommending the product to everyone. Not to belabor the point, but the ice build-up after the storm was disconcerting to us. Until we are convinced that this is not an issue, we are going to have to temper our enthusiasm for the product. We were pleased with the overall process. The installation went well. The product looks great. We are a little concerned about the ice build up we noticed this week. We have never experienced this before, so we are concerned. One of the major selling points for us was that the snow would slide off the roof thereby eliminating concerns about ice dams, snow build up etc. It is something we will need to keep an eye on.”

“Jennifer was great but was confused at times in terms of the material being delivered to my house prior to the start of the job. Also, the initial estimate for the installation was late December, but the actual installation happened in late February/early March. If it weren't for a similar installation in my neighborhood, I probably would not have proceeded with the installation. But because I was able to see the results on another home, we decided to proceed with the installation.”

“Office communication with customer when behind schedule .”

“When I was being sold on the idea, they give me one price. They were able to drop $6,000 off the price in one day. I was not comfortable with the idea that I could go from $30,0000 to $24,000 if I signed today. I would think most people would have to sleep on it.”

“Have been very satisfied with all aspects of the job, from our initial appointment to the finished job. The roof looks great! And when we had a problem after finished (leaking during a rain storm) the response was exceptional. There was someone here to take care of the problem the very day we called. We can say nothing but good things about our whole experience. Thank you”

“The one area that I believe they should become more knowledgable in is when a person has a dish on their home that you can always take the dish off but they can never put a dish back on a metal roof. I knew they were taking it off but they shouldn't have put it back on. That is when it caused some damage because they do not know anything about installing dishes on a metal roof. We have had people stop in front of our house to view their sign. It is getting recognition that is for sure.”
