Harpswell, Orrs Island, Cape Elizabeth and Falmouth sit in salt air year-round, and salt reaches the fasteners well before it shows on the panel. Interlock is aluminum throughout. It does not rust.
Coastal Cumberland cycles above and below freezing all season, and every cycle drives meltwater into asphalt laps. Interlock locks on all four sides, so ice-dam meltwater has no exposed seam to get under, and the surface sheds snow rather than holding a saturated mat against the deck.
