Roofing in Auburn: what to plan for

Why New England roofs keep getting replaced

Freeze-thaw, nor'easter wind and summer heat work on asphalt shingles every year: granules loosen, edges curl and tabs lift. An Interlock roof has no granules to lose and no tabs to lift, and its panels lock to each other on all four sides.

The look of slate or cedar, without the weight

Interlock's Slate, Cedar Shingle and Shake profiles keep the look on a Colonial, a Cape, a Victorian or a farmhouse at roughly 0.4 to 0.7 lb per square foot, a fraction of natural slate. In a historic district, check your local commission's rules first; we bring samples and product documents to that conversation.

Built for heavy snow and coastal storms

Smooth aluminum lets heavy, wet snow slide rather than sit, and we plan snow guards over entries, walkways, decks and the driveway at the quote. The panels lock on four sides with concealed fasteners; wind resistance is warranted to 120 mph installed to manufacturer specification.

One installer, since 1999

We plan, price and install every roof ourselves. The manufacturer's Guardian Lifetime Limited Material Warranty comes with it, our 10 Year Limited Labor Warranty covers the installation, and our service team is here in New England.
